Akkineni Amala is set ready to feature in a web series by ZEE5. She will be seen in a key role in this web series which will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi and Marathi languages. As we know that now audiences are attracting to digital space world and love to watch the movies on Netflix, Amazon Prime. Zee channels’ ZEE5 is also a kind of Amazon Prime channel and it is producing the web series which will be aired exclusively on its channel.
Amala made her comeback to Telugu cinema with the film Life is Beautiful directed by Sekhar Kammula. She has portrayed the role in an impressive way but her fans are depressed with the role she has played in that movie. Because all are want to watch Amala in a happy role but her role is very limited in Life is Beautiful movie. She was also seen in a Hindi film titled Karwaan and this film is the Bollywood debut of Dulquer Salmaan. This web series is titled as ‘High Priestess’ features Tamil actor Sunaiana in a lead role and directed by Pushpa Ignatius. The project will go on floors in December.
