The judge issued several notices to attend court for the hearing.
Radhakrishna’s lawyer filed quash petition seeking exemption from attending the court, which is rejected by the court.
The court expressed serious concern on Radhakrishna as it comes under court breach.
However, the court issued an arrest warrant as they did not attend the hearing.
