The recent update from the Ministry of Law Department is something that both Andhra Pradesh and its natives would cherish. The residual AP is finally going to get its separate High Court.After bragging for almost four-plus years, the Central Government took its time to grant one of the biggest promises of AP-Telangana Bifurcation, which is the split of High Court. Until now, the cases of AP and Telangana are being prosecuted in the Nampalli HC which is in the Hyderabad. The other day, The Union Law Ministry released an official note regarding the split of HC between AP and T-State. It has allocated 16 Judges to the Andhra Pradesh and 10 to the newest State of India. With this, the AP High Court which is to be functioning from this New Year will be functioned in a temporary building in Amaravathi. The AP Government meanwhile is on its way of constructing a stupendous building for the permanent HC. Orderwise, this new HC of AP will be India’s 25th court and it is speculated to be an Engineering wonder.AP voters are hoping that the Centre like this High Court division would implement all the promises of AP Bifurcation Act of 2014 to save the State which is in dire need with problems like Revenue Deficit, Unemployment etc..,
