Nidhhi Agerwal: “It’s a Privilege to Work with Pawan Kalyan Garu on HHVM”
As anticipation builds for Pawan Kalyan’s grand period action film Hari Hara Veera Mallu (HHVM), actress Nidhhi Agerwal opens up about her experience working on the much-awaited project. The film is set for a pan-Indian release on July 24, and its trailer has already created massive buzz among fans and cinephiles alike.
Nidhhi, who plays the female lead Panchami, shared her thoughts in a recent promotional interview. “This character is layered and full of contrasts. If you compare ‘Kollagottinadhiro’ with ‘Tara Tara,’ you’ll see two entirely different shades of Panchami. That’s what made the role so special for me,” she said, reflecting on her character’s emotional depth and range.
Transforming into Panchami wasn’t easy—it demanded dedication. “It took almost two hours daily to get into the look. From the intricate costume to the detailed jewellery, everything was crafted meticulously by our stylists. I also trained in horse riding, Bharatanatyam, and fight choreography specifically for this film,” Nidhhi revealed.
Working alongside Pawan Kalyan, Nidhhi says, was a career-defining moment. “I feel genuinely privileged to work with Pawan Kalyan Garu. His aura is unmatched. Doing a hundred films doesn’t compare to sharing screen space with him in even one. I have the most combination scenes with him, and every moment was a learning experience.”
Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Sword vs Spirit also stars Bobby Deol, Nora Fatehi, and others in key roles. Directed by AM Jyoti Krishna and produced by A Dayakara Rao under AM Rathnam’s presentation, the film boasts music by Oscar-winner MM Keeravani, adding to its already stellar pedigree.
With its blend of epic storytelling, star power, and technical finesse, HHVM is gearing up to be one of the biggest releases of the year.
