Siddharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor’s latest romantic comedy Param Sundari is making steady strides at the box office. Directed by Tushar Jalota and backed by Maddock Films, the film hit theatres three days ago and has been drawing audiences despite receiving mixed reviews.
The movie showed encouraging growth over the weekend. On Sunday, Param Sundari collected ₹11.04 crore nett, pushing its first weekend total to ₹28 crore nett. The upward trend in collections reflects strong word-of-mouth in urban centers, even though the ongoing monsoon slightly impacted ticket sales in some regions.
Now, all eyes are on Monday’s performance, which will be crucial in determining whether the Janhvi Kapoor–Siddharth Malhotra starrer can sustain its momentum and head towards a solid lifetime run.
