Talented Film Maker Anurag Basu had revealed that he is preparing for the sequel of one of his best movies – ‘Life In A Metro’ – a multi starer that released on May 11, 2007. Anurag Basu’s directorial Life In A Metro was a fresh experience for the audience and movie lovers as it particularly secured the battles of the quick-paced city life. After 10 years, Anurag Basu is good to go to make the sequel of Life In A Metro 2 and is Rajkummar Rao will assume a one of the lead roles in this film.
Recently makers approached Parineeti Chopra and she gave a positive nod. According to latest reports, the “Peri payari bindhu” actress signed for multiple projects for different banners. She has given her gesture to star in Anurag Basu’s Life in a Metro sequel. Apparently, Parineeti badly wanted to work with Anurag as she cherishes his movies and his vision to make something remarkably unique. She enjoyed the story and in a flash gave her gesture. In the film, she will be seen opposite Rajkummar Rao.
On the work front, Parineeti Chopra is currently busy with shooting for Jabariya Jodi opposite Sidharth Malhotra in Lucknow. She is also anticipating the arrival of Namaste England which also features Arjun Kapoor. Apart from these, she is also doing a film under Yash Raj Films.
