The official Twitter handle of Janasena Party tried to clarify on various news reports which claimed that, Pawan Kalyan took U-turn on AP Special Category Status. In its latest tweet, the party official twitter handle said, ‘Janasena is committed to the AP Special Category Status. The News 18 reporter misinterpreted Janasena Party Chief Pawan Kalyan’s opinion’.
The latest tweet from Janasena Party is seen as a measure to control the damage done so far. Pawan Kalyan recently gave an exclusive interview to News 18 channel.It was reported that Pawan Kalyan compromised in his stance on AP Special Status, and indeed showed an inclination towards ‘extended financial help’ from the Centre. These statements strongly echoed with TDP’s allegations that, Pawan Kalyan has a secret understanding with BJP.
Many Janasena supporters took to social media, venting out their frustration, and claiming the recent attack, and misquoting of Pawan Kalyan’s statements as ‘propaganda’. While few went further, terming this as ‘CBN and Yellow Media conspiracy’ against an honest leader like Pawan Kalyan.
