Official sources confirmed that fresh charges against Pawan Kalyan are pressed in the Banjara Hills Police Station under various Indian Penal Code sections. It is known that the Janasena Chief has started a movement against three new channels; TV9, TV5, and ABN a week ago. It is also learned that few journalist organizations have recently lodged a complaint against Pawan Kalyan in Banjara Hills of police stations.

What’s more surprising is that fresh charges under IPC 469, 504, and 506 have been pressed against Pawan Kalyan. Under anonymity, a police official confirmed that the cases are lodged claiming that Pawan Kalyan is misrepresenting media reports on Twitter through his tweets. The respective officer also stated that the journalist organizations also submitted some evidence against Pawan Kalyan.

A couple of days ago, ABN MD Vemuri Radha Krishna also lodged a complaint with Cyber Police, claiming that few people are spreading false news in the name of ABN Andhra Jyothi. It will be interesting to see how far will these cases go.
