BRS Criticizes Modi Amidst Rising Indignation:

The BRS, filled with anger over Prime Minister Narendra Modi‘s recent statements regarding his conversations with Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao, launched a scathing attack on Modi and the BJP. Several BRS leaders criticized Modi, and the party’s members used social media platforms to express their displeasure.

Although Party leaders downplayed Modi’s remarks, they seemed genuinely concerned about how his message was being received by their cadre on the ground. The Prime Minister’s statements in Nizamabad appeared to have raised significant concerns within the Party.

Numerous BRS leaders publicly criticized Modi, with the party using cartoons, video clips, and comments on social media to convey their disdain for him. For instance, Rama Rao used Twitter to highlight that in 2018, the BJP had offered support the Party to form the state government, which sparked protests from the BJP. The party also accused the Modi government of privatizing some of the country’s valuable assets on the same platform.

The BRS conducted an online campaign centered on the theme of ‘Modi’s salesmanship,’ featuring videos of Rama Rao refuting Modi’s claims at the BJP’s Nizamabad public meeting. The party used slogans like “While KCR stands for ‘nammakam’ (belief), Modi is for ‘ammakam’ (selling away)” in multiple posts on social media.

Furthermore, the BRS criticized Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for suggesting that Modi’s statements in Nizamabad indicated an alliance between the party and the BJP. The Party questioned Rahul Gandhi’s inconsistency, stating that his hypocrisy was no different from Modi’s falsehoods.

Modi: BRS Denied NDA Entry, I Rejected KTR as CM in Nizamabad:

Prime Minister Modi in Nizamabad: BRS Denied Entry into NDA, Rejects K.T. Rama Rao as Chief Minister

During a public gathering in Nizamabad, Prime Minister Narendra Modi revealed that BRS supremo and Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao had distanced himself after Modi strongly opposed the idea of an “undemocratic anointment” of K.T. Rama Rao as Chief Minister. Modi also raised concerns about alleged corruption within the Chief Minister’s family and the denial of entry to the party into the National Democratic Alliance (NDA).

Modi made a striking claim that BRS had utilized its allegedly ill-gotten funds, obtained by exploiting the people of Telangana, to support the Congress party’s victory in Karnataka, As part of a concealed understanding between the two political factions.

He urged the public to give his party a chance to serve for five years and witness the promised change. Modi pledged to uncover any wrongdoing by BRS and hold its corrupt leaders accountable.

Modi then surprised the audience by hinting at a secret he hadn’t revealed before, urging the media to investigate further.

He reminisced about the warm welcome he received from Chandrashekar Rao in the past, who used to greet him with grand garlands at the airport. However, their relationship soured when Modi declined to admit Rao’s party into the NDA and rejected his request for support in the GHMC mayorship election.

Modi also recounted an incident where Chandrashekar Rao sought his blessing to appoint K.T. Rama Rao as Chief Minister. Modi firmly reminded Rao that in a democracy, leaders are elected by the people, not appointed as heirs, which apparently strained their relationship further.

The Prime Minister accused Chandrashekar Rao’s administration of turning “loktantra” (democracy) into “loot-tantra” and “prajatantra” (republic) into “parivar-tantra” (family rule). He criticized the alleged misuse of power to benefit a single family at the expense of the aspirations of those who had sacrificed for Telangana’s statehood.

Modi cautioned against family rule, explaining that when a family controls the state machinery, it tends to fill it with its own members, denying countless capable youths the recognition they deserve.
