Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is gearing up to storm the box office once again with his upcoming gangster action drama King. Directed by Siddharth Anand, the film has already generated considerable buzz among audiences.
The recently released song Tu Mil Jaaye initially faced some criticism but has gradually found acceptance among listeners. Now, a Telugu standee of King has surfaced on social media, sparking speculation about the film’s possible release in Telugu.
So far, the makers have not officially confirmed a Telugu-dubbed version. However, the appearance of Telugu text on promotional standees sent to theatres has raised expectations that the film could arrive in the language as well.
Shah Rukh Khan’s previous films Jawan and Pathaan received Telugu releases, while Dunki did not have a Telugu theatrical release. Fans will now be waiting for an official announcement regarding King.
The film features Suhana Khan, Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Rani Mukerji, Anil Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Jaideep Ahlawat, Arshad Warsi and Raghav Juyal in crucial roles. Kareena Kapoor is also expected to appear in a special song.
King is scheduled to hit theatres worldwide on December 24, 2026.
