The High Court of Hyderabad has directed the Telangana Government to file an immediate counter on the case filed by the hero Prabhas regarding the encroachment case of the latter’s guest house. More details of this case as follows.Rebel Star Prabhas has purchased an expensive land in Rayadurgam region, Telangana back in 2005. After all these years, The Apex Court of India gave a shocking verdict of 84 acres of big single cake land in Rayadurgam belongs to the State Government of Telangana.As a result, the T-State has closed down all the private properties which are built in that litigation land including Prabhas’s guest house.
Challenging the verdict, Prabhas filed a case on the United High Court showcasing all the registered and legal documents which are on this Lingampally Satyanarayana Prabhas Raju’s name. Hearing Prabhas’s plea, the HC asked the Telangana Government to immediately register a counter file on Prabhas’s case on or before 24th of this month.The final verdict is adjourned to 31st of this month to have the final verdict. Meanwhile, Prabhas is back to his regular shoot of Saaho which will be out for next year’s Independence Day.
