They officially announced that Nayanatara is the heroine in Syerra Narasimha Reddy. They already said that 3 heroines are acting in this film. But the unofficial announcement that the second heroine is Pragya Jaiswal. There is the main heroine in the story, and other 2 heroines will be in guest appearances.

The film unit members have chosen the main heroine as Nayanatara and the other role they select Pragya Jaiswal. In this film Pragya role is village girl, she is young women going to fight for freedom. Mega power star Ram Charan and Suresh Reddy will be doing this film in the budget of 125 crores. This film will be released in Hindi and Tamil along with Telugu.
