Ram Gopal Varma Announces Next With Akhil

Director maverick Ram Gopal Varma is once again back from exile. Though the director is technically available on micro-blogging site Twitter, he has refrained from making controversial statements off-late. Meanwhile, the director took some time off to meet the crew of Kannada movie ‘Taguru’, starring Shiva Rajkumar, Dhananjay, and Manvitha.
The film is directed by Duniya Soori and produced by KP Srikanth. After watching the movie last evening, Ram Gopal Varma posted a selfie of him along with movie’s crew. ‘Manvitha not only played the heroine role but made a strong impact on the movie. She shocked me with her acting. After seeing the movie, I decided to rope her as heroine in my next film. I will give her Rs 10 lakh more than what she quotes as her remuneration. I requested Duniya Soori to direct the movie under my production’, said Ram Gopal Varma.
Meanwhile, Ram Gopal Varma has been on a spree announcing new movies every now and then. After his film ‘Officer’ with Nagarjuna, RGV confirmed a new film with Akkineni Akhil, under Nagarjuna’s production. Adding to this is his latest announcement with Manvitha as the heroine and Duniya Soori as the director.
