Ram POTHINENI
Pothineni was born on 15 May 1988 in Hyderabad, India, to Murali Pothineni, a businessman, and Padmasree Pothineni, a homemaker. He is the nephew of Telugu film producer Sravanthi Ravi Kishore. He has two siblings, a brother, Krishna Chaitanya and a sister, Madhu Smitha. Pothineni was educated at Hyderabad Public School and Vasavi College, Hyderabad.
He made his acting debut in the 2006 Telugu film Devadasu, in which he played the role of Bhaskar, a childhood friend of the protagonist. The film was a commercial success and Pothineni won the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut – South for his performance.
Pothineni has since starred in a number of successful films, including Ready (2008), Nenu Sailaja (2016), and Vunnadi Okate Zindagi (2017). He has won two Filmfare Award South and one SIIMA Awards for his performances.
In addition to his acting career, Pothineni is also a successful businessman. He is the owner of the fashion brand Ram Pothineni’s RP50 and the restaurant chain RP50 Lounge.
Pothineni is a popular figure in Telugu cinema and is known for his charming personality and his dedication to his work. He is also a role model for young people and is involved in a number of charitable causes.
