Sukumar directorial, and Ram Charan – Samantha starrer ‘Rangasthalam’ is having a dream run at the box office. The film is likely to emerge as the biggest grosser for Ram Charan in the Nizam area. Previously, ‘Magadheera’ collected Rs 22 crores (as shares) in its lifetime in Nizam alone. While Rangasthalam has collected Rs 19.62 crores (as shares) in Nizam Area.
The total share of Rangasthalam stands at Rs 91.56 crores worldwide, while Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Khaidi No.150 still holds the third place with Rs 102 crores – Rs 104 crores as shares in its lifetime. Industry experts believe that Rangasthalam can end up somewhere around Rs 115 crores – Rs 120 crores as shares in its lifetime.
With Chal Mohan Ranga perform poorly at the box office, the family audience is likely to watch Rangasthalam once again. It collected Rs 19.62 crores in Nizam, Rs 13.05 crores in Ceded, Rs 9.53 crores in Uttara Andhra (Vishakhapatnam, Srikakulam, and Vizianagaram), Rs 6.75 crores in Guntur, Rs 5.85 crores in E.G, Rs 4.60 cores in W.G, Rs 5.40 Crores in Krishna, and Rs 2.46 crores in Nellore. On a whole, it collected Rs 67.26 crores as shares in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
