NTR Latest movie is the action thriller “Devara,” directed by Koratala Siva. It’s got lots of special effects and exciting stunts, and they’ve already finished filming the action scenes. They’re now working on the dialogue parts.

Dark Day at Iowa School: Student Shoots Six, One Dies
Tragedy struck Perry High School in Iowa as a student opened fire, injuring six people, with one succumbing to the wounds on the first day back after the holiday break. The assailant, identified as 17-year-old Dylan Butler, later took his own life.
The incident prompted a swift response from the police, who discovered a basic improvised explosive device at the scene, promptly rendering it safe. Shockingly, the fatal victim was a sixth-grader, aged 11 or 12.
Upon arrival, authorities found Butler with a self-inflicted gunshot wound, armed with a pump-action shotgun and a small-caliber handgun. Iowa police revealed that the suspect had made concerning social media posts in the lead-up to the shooting.
Among the six victims, five were students, and one was a school administrator. Updates from the police indicated that one person was in critical condition, while four others were stable. The incident has left the community grappling with the aftermath of this tragic event.

Sankranthi Releases: Dil Raju Thanks Ravi Teja for Eagle Release Rescheduling
Dil Raju, the head of the Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce and a prominent producer, successfully convinced actor Ravi Teja and producer Vishwaprasad to avoid a clash of their movies during Sankranthi Releases. Dil Raju expressed gratitude to Ravi Teja and the producer for deciding to release their highly anticipated film ‘Eagle’ on February 9th instead. This move brings relief to Dil Raju, as now only four films will be competing for attention during the Sankranthi Releases, allowing each film some breathing space and benefiting the industry.
The Sankranthi Releases clash was initially averted after the Telangana Film Chamber of Commerce sent a letter to the Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce urging them to prevent the clash. Dil Raju then initiated discussions with the producers of the five films set to release during the festival. “We received a letter from Telangana distributors and managed to avoid a clash after a few rounds of discussions,” he explained.
On the other hand, producer Niranjan Reddy, who produced ‘Hanu-Man,’ expressed concerns about securing fewer theaters in the two Telugu states, especially in the Nizam region. With the film scheduled for release on January 12th, it is expected to face tough competition for theaters, particularly in Hyderabad and other major cities where Mahesh Babu’s ‘Guntur Kaaram’ is likely to dominate.
Director Prashanth Varma, discussing the situation, emphasized a preference for a smaller number of theaters in the Telugu states rather than postponing the release. He stated that their focus is on a pan-India release, with the Hindi version being exhibited in over 1200 theaters to attract Hindi film viewers. Despite expecting fewer theaters in the Telugu states, the team remains hopeful for a successful run and aims to captivate the Telugu audience as well.
