Salaar’s thunderous arrival in theaters has sparked excitement, with estimates painting a picture of box office dominance. While official figures are yet to be revealed, early reports, particularly from Telugu states and across the globe, hint at a colossal opening.

- Telugu States: A robust share of 42Cr, including GST, is anticipated.
- Tamil Nadu & Kerala: Trade circles predict a combined share of around 5.5Cr.
- Karnataka: Salaar is expected to bag around 6Cr.
- North India: Estimates point to a 7Cr share.
Combining these figures, India is bracing for a 60Cr+ share, with overseas contributions expected to reach 25Cr. This takes the total global share to a staggering 85Cr+, translating to a gross collection in the range of 150Cr.
Salaar, set in the fantastical world of Khansaar, delves into the complex bond of two best friends, Deva and Varadha. When Varadha faces danger, Deva becomes his protector, bending reality to his friend’s will. However, a twist of fate turns their friendship into a bitter rivalry.
Prabhas takes center stage as the protagonist, supported by Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, and Jagapathi Babu. This production, by Vijay Kiragandur, marks the first collaboration between director Prashanth Neel and Pan-Indian superstar Prabhas. Released on December 22nd in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam, Salaar promises a cinematic spectacle that will leave audiences enthralled.

Pallavi Prashanth, the winner of Bigg Boss, has been granted conditional bail by the Nampally court today, freeing him from his recent arrest. The court directed him to attend a police investigation on Sunday and provided relief with the condition of two sureties of Rs. 15,000 each.
Pallavi Prashanth was taken into custody a few days ago in connection with the commotion created by his fans outside Annapurna Studios during the Bigg Boss finale. He held the primary accused (A1) position in the case and was placed under a 14-day remand at Chanchalguda Jail. Seeking bail, Prashanth presented his plea to the Nampally court, which, after reviewing the case, granted him conditional bail.
