Is “JVAS” the correct title for #Mega156?

0

As of right now, #Mega156 has generated a lot of talk because it is an official Pooja announcement and stars Megastar Chiranjeevi in a socio-fantasy film with an amazing vision by director Vassishta of Bimbisara fame. A conversation also revolves around the movie’s title.

Producer Ashwini Dutt most recently declared that they are the sole owners of the title, character names, and other intellectual property associated with Jagadekaveerudu Athiloka Sundari, starring Chiranjeevi and Sridevi. Many questioned, though, why they made such an abrupt announcement.

In addition, it would seem that Megastar is having problems with the title or anything else given that K Raghavendra Rao attended the #Mega156 opening ceremony. However, it has come to light that the original intention of the #Mega156 filmmakers was to call their movie JVAS.

There are currently rumors circulating that they may choose names like Viswambarudu, Jagadekaveerudu, and a few more. Many are curious as to whether Jagadekaveerudu Athiloka Sundari would have been the name announced by the makers if Vyjayantahi Movies hadn’t made that public announcement, even though Megastar Chiranjeevi hasn’t yet chosen the final title.

In early trade, the rupee falls 3 paise to 83.15 against the dollar

0

Due to foreign fund outflows and a stronger US dollar in overseas markets, the rupee fell 3 paise to 83.15 against the US dollar on Monday in limited trade.

According to foreign exchange dealers, the rupee’s losses were limited by a correction in crude oil prices and solid opening trade on domestic stock markets. Against the US dollar, the local currency started the interbank foreign exchange market 3 paise lower at 83.15.

In morning trade, the rupee fluctuated within a narrow range of 83.15 to 83.09 against the US dollar, ultimately closing at 83.15. On Friday, it had closed nearly flat at 83.12.

Due mostly to the Israel-Hamas conflict and a persistent increase in US bond yields, foreign portfolio investors, or FPIs, have pulled out of Indian equities totaling more than Rs 12,000 crore thus far this month.

In the meantime, the dollar index, which measures the strength of the US dollar relative to a basket of six other currencies, increased by 0.12% to 106.30.

With the global oil benchmark Brent crude falling 0.79 percent to USD 91.43 per barrel on Monday, oil prices eased.

In terms of the domestic equity market, the Nifty was up 3.8 points, or 0.02 percent, at 19,546.45 points, while the Sensex increased 9.55 points, or 0.01 percent, to 65,407.17 points.

Thaman under ‘Super-Mega’ pressure!

0

Thaman‘s name has long been associated with hit songs that stay in the top charts. Still, he finds himself in a difficult situation given the recent wave of criticism that followed the release of “Skanda.” Even Boyapati Srinu, the director, expressed his disapproval of the extreme negativity that surrounded his work.

In the meantime, Thaman’s career is currently at a crossroads. Two high-profile projects, “Gamechanger,” starring Mega Powerstar Ram Charan, and “Guntur Kaaram,” starring Superstar Mahesh Babu, are being directed by the renowned composer.

There is a great deal of pressure on Thaman to produce hits as the first singles from these eagerly awaited movies will be out soon.

The first single from “Guntur Kaaram” will be released soon, according to the producers. The creators of “Gamechanger” are preparing for the release of the single on this month’s 28th.

Thaman under ‘Super-Mega’ pressure!
Thaman under ‘Super-Mega’ pressure!

The music is an essential component of the cinematic experience for the fans of these two actors, not just an accompaniment. We’ll be closely examining, deconstructing, and contrasting Thaman’s performances in these movies. Because these singles serve as the initial impression of the film’s soundtrack, Thaman finds himself in a particularly precarious situation.

If Thaman could just play songs that the audience can relate to and hit the right notes, he could turn the tide and quiet his critics.

But, the negative feedback he’s been receiving lately might get worse if any of these singles don’t live up to the high standards set by the fans. There is little doubt that there are big stakes and close scrutiny.

The audience is in waiting with the stage set. When everything is said and done, will Thaman rise to the occasion like a phoenix and work his signature magic? Let’s observe while we wait.

Future Medical Procedures Using Plant-Based Microbots

0

Plant-based smart materials have been developed by a research team at the University of Waterloo in Ontario. These materials will serve as the foundation for a new generation of tiny medical microrobots.

These robots may be used to perform minimally invasive medical procedures like biopsy and the transportation of cells and tissues. They can carry light and delicate cargo, like tissues or cells, to a target location by moving through flooded and cramped environments, like the human body.

The minuscule soft robots are non-toxic and biocompatible, with a maximum length of one centimeter. The research, which was published in the journal Nature Communications, states that the robots are constructed from sophisticated hydrogel composites that contain plant-based, sustainable cellulose nanoparticles.

Hamed Shahsavan, a professor in the chemical engineering department, is leading this research, which presents a comprehensive method for the creation, synthesis, manufacturing, and control of microrobots.

When the hydrogel used in this project is subjected to outside chemical stimulation, it changes shape.

The ability to program such shape-change, which is essential for the creation of functional soft robots, is made possible by researchers’ ability to orient cellulose nanoparticles at will.

“We utilize conventional soft matter such as hydrogels, liquid crystals, and colloids to present novel microrobots,” stated Shahsavan.

The advanced smart material’s self-healing feature is another distinctive feature that enables a broad range of robot shapes to be programmed.

In order to form different shapes for different procedures, researchers can simply cut the material and paste it back together without the need for glue or other adhesives.

A magnetism that makes it easier for soft robots to navigate the human body can be added to the material.

Scaling the robot to submillimeter scales is the next stage of this research.

Magnetic gel, heals diabetic wounds 3 times faster

0

An inventive magnetic wound-healing gel has been developed by a research team; it has the potential to decrease recurrence rates, accelerate the healing of diabetic wounds, and ultimately lower the number of limb amputations.

The gel’s engineers, researchers from the National University of Singapore (NUS), clarified that each treatment entails applying a bandage that has been pre-loaded with a hydrogel that contains magnetic particles and skin cells for healing.

A wireless external magnetic device is used to activate skin cells and speed up the healing process in order to maximize therapeutic results. Ideally, magnetic stimulation should last between one and two hours.

The research was published in the scientific journal Advanced Materials. Lab tests revealed the treatment in combination with magnetic stimulation healed diabetic wounds three times faster than current conventional approaches.

Andy Tay, assistant professor and leader of the team, stated, “Our technology addresses multiple critical factors associated with wounds caused by diabetes, simultaneously managing high levels of glucose in the wound area, activating dormant skin cells near the wound, improving damaged blood vessels, and repairing the affected vascular network within the wound.”

Globally, there are currently over 500 million people who have diabetes, and this number is projected to grow dramatically. As a result, foot ulcers and other chronic diabetic wounds have grown to be a significant global health concern.

According to the researchers, there are between 9.1 and 26.1 million cases of diabetic foot ulcers worldwide each year, and between 15 and 25 percent of diabetic patients will get one at some point in their lives.

Our group has succeeded in finding a sweet spot through the use of mild mechanical stimulation. As a result, but not to the point where it kills them, the remaining skin cells are able to “work out” to heal wounds, according to Tay.

Two types of FDA-approved skin cells—keratinocytes, which are crucial for skin repair, and fibroblasts, which are necessary for the formation of connective tissue—as well as small magnetic particles are packed into the specially made wound-healing gel.

The researchers found that the mechanical stimulation of the gel stimulates dermal fibroblasts to become more active when combined with a dynamic magnetic field produced by an external device.

People began to swarm temples in the early hours of Sunday. Temples were adorned with lights and flowers. At the Durga and Navaratri pandals, one could hear devotional chants and bhajans as the devotees were dressed traditionally.

The department of culture’s Batukamma celebrations at Tank Bund drew a resounding response, and everyone’s attention was drawn to a foreign participant who joined the dancers.

Eight women representing various foreign countries, dressed in their riding attire, set out on a nine-day motorcycle trip through rural Telangana to take in the colorful Navaratri and Bathukamma celebrations.

With the help of Jai Bharati’s MOWO and organized by the global women’s motorcycle community Free W, they traveled almost 1,800 km by riding through the cities of Mahbubnagar, Vikarabad, Nirmal, Warangal, and Pochampally. The all-female team, which included three female local motorcycle riders and members from the USA, Europe, Australia, Singapore, and Thailand, was met with friendly smiles and a hint of curiosity everywhere they went. They encountered native craftspeople while riding through Telangana’s more isolated stretches, where they learned about regional crafts like saree weaving and Dokra metal work.

Tourist Places in Vizag Closed for Dasara

1

During the ongoing Dasara festival, tourist attractions in Visakhapatnam(Vizag) City and vacation spots in the ASR district are still crowded.

The ASR district, including Araku Valley, Lambasingi, Anantagiri, and other locations, is bustling with visitors, the majority of whom are locals or from nearby towns. Kailasagiri, Rushikonda, Thotlakonda Buddhist Shrine, and other beaches in Visakhapatnam city exhibit a similar situation.

Over the next two days, more people are anticipated to visit these locations.

In addition to tented lodging, the Integrated Tribal Development Agency (ITDA) offers adventure sports like a zip line at Tajangi Reservoir near Lambasingi.

The resorts manager, K. Appala Naidu, stated, “All 15 resorts in Lambasingi are booked till this month end.”

According to an APTDC official, the AP Tourism Development Corporation’s properties in MVP Colony, Ananthagiri, and Araku are also receiving a ton of interest.

Due to extreme congestion on the regular trains, Waltair division officials have decided to start a special train to Araku every day for the next six days.

The lack of restrooms at tourist destinations has drawn complaints from numerous visitors. They propose installing movable bio-toilets along the Beach Road, which runs from Vizag to Bheemunipatnam and passes by significant locations. While keeping these restrooms properly maintained, authorities can collect user fees.

There are just two public restrooms at Visakhapatnam’s popular tourist destination, Kailasagiri.

Another visitor, Vikram Singh, who is a guide in Delhi, complained that there aren’t enough tour guides in Vizag at the key locations.

“People would like to know the history of Simhachalam temple, Thotlakonda Buddhist Shrine, Dutch Cemetery in Bheemili and defence museums like TU 142, INS Kursura, Sea Harrier and PNS Ghazi submarine fin,” said Singh.

He proposed that local youths could receive training and be assigned as tour guides, which would enable them to receive some income.
