The buzz around War 2 is only getting bigger, especially in the Telugu states. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, this high-octane pan-India spy thriller stars Hrithik Roshan and NTR Jr., with Kiara Advani playing the female lead.

According to strong industry chatter, popular Tollywood producer Naga Vamsi has reportedly sealed the deal for the film’s Telugu theatrical rights for a massive ₹90 crore. If confirmed, this would rank among the biggest-ever rights deals for a non-Telugu film in the region, and it further cements NTR’s pan-India pull and stardom.

War 2, produced by Aditya Chopra under the prestigious Yash Raj Films (YRF) banner, is the sequel to the 2019 blockbuster War. The film is part of YRF’s expanding spy universe, which already includes hits like Pathaan and Tiger 3.
