In a sensational turn of events, Telangana police raided a late-night party on June 10 at Tripura Resort, Chevella, located on the outskirts of Hyderabad. The raid was prompted by loud DJ music, which led locals to alert the police.

What was expected to be a private celebration for singer Mangli’s birthday turned into a controversy when foreign liquor and marijuana were allegedly seized. The event has since stirred widespread media attention, especially with Tollywood personalities reportedly in attendance.

Initial reports claimed the presence of several prominent personalities from the Telugu entertainment industry, including:

Singer Mangli defended herself by stating the raid occurred solely due to noise complaints and denied the presence of drugs at the event. She added that permissions for such parties are typically granted online, and they were in the process of applying.

“No intoxicants were used at the party. It was just a sound issue,” she stated.
