Sasikala is currently serving her sentence in the Bangalore Jail. Sasikala and her husband Natarajan never had any children. The recent IT raids suggest that she might have assets worth anywhere between 30,000 to 50,000 crores. But shockingly, a report surfaced that Sasikala might actually be hiding assets over 5 lakh crores. Yes, it’s absolutely 5,00,000,00,00,000 crores, which is roughly 3 times the Tamil Nadu state’s budget of 1.75 Lakh Crores. Everyone thought the IT raids were a part of the center’s strategy. It is learned that it is because of an insider, a close relative to Sasikala.
Sasikala spoke to each of her relatives privately while she was in jail. During that conversation, it is learned that she has advised them to stay united and not to quarrel while distributing the assets.
But her relatives failed to stay united together. Many felt that she preferred a few over the rest. This led to clashes between them, and one among them have handed over key information about the rest to the IT department.
