The fight between arrogant mother-in-law and clever son-in-law is evergreen formulae in Telugu cinema. Though many films came with this theme, the audiences made them successful. Now, Naga Chaitanya also came with this concept. Ramya Krishna as mother-in-law and Chaitanya as the son-in-law, the entertainer is ready on theatres. This movie is released on September 13th on the eve of Vinayaka Chavithi. So, let’s see what happened…
Movie Plot:
Chaitu (Naga Chaitanya) runs a software company. His father (Murali Sharma) is a very egoistic man so Chaitu vexed by his father nature and he develops a positive attitude. So, he being friendly with everyone around him. Unexpectedly, Chaitu loves Anu (Anu Emmanuel) at first sight. Unfortunately, she was also egoistic. Finally, he impresses her and ready to marry her. But, unexpectedly, his mother-in-law is Shailaja Reddy very egoistic lady. SO, the main story of a man among three egoistic person is “Shailaja Reddy Alludu”.
Analysis:
Director selected a very routine story which is the fight between mother-in-law and son-in-law. But in this movie, he used the ‘ego’ element and try to made it differently. The first half of the movie was somewhat boring but it seems like a separate movie. Because, the love scenes, the hero love trails all are looking like a mini-movie. The second half is completely Ramya Krishn’s show. However, the scenes of Pruthvi and Vennela Kishore are hilarious but they cause to lag the movie.
Naga Chaitanya look is superb in the movie and also performance. Moreover, he succeeded in giving new expressions and gave an excellent performance in emotional scenes. And, Anu Emmanuel also played well her role as a glamourous egoistic doll. Ramya Krishna is the main attraction of the film. However, Murali Sharma, Senior Naresh, Pruthvi, Vennela Kishore, and Sathru’s performances are good. Moreover, the production values ar good and Gopi Sunder music is plus point for the movie. Finally, Shailaja Reddy Alludu reached the expectations. However, the audiences who go without expectations will enjoy the movie.
