Singer Chinmayi Was Groped In An Event

Famous singer, Chinmayi who shot to fame, for dubbing Samantha’s voice in YMC (Yem Maya Chesave) shared a disturbing experience she had the other day. ‘After finishing the shoot for a Grand Finale of a singing show, I started posing for selfies with people in the studio.
During that time, I was taken back after being groped by one of the individuals. This is absolutely pathetic, and shocking to see such kind of behavior from someone, even the current civilized world’.
Later, she also shed light on one of her personal experience, she had while she was a child. ‘This is not the first time such sexual abuse took place on me. While I was a child, my uncle (from a different religion) misbehaved with him, putting his hands insider my underclothing and touching my private areas.
I was not able to digest such kind of uncouth act, that too from someone whom we consider a part of our family. Frankly, at least women have someone to hear when they come out with such incidents, but the case of men is worst,’ said the singer.
