490 Runs of 151 Balls (57 Sixes and 27 Fours) in a One-Day Match

The South African batsman, 20-year-old, Shane Dadswell who plays for NWU Pukke Cricket Club has scored 490 runs in just 151 balls. His innings saw 57 sixes and 27 fours. In the 50-over one-day match between NWU Pukke and Potch Drop 1st, the batsman registered this amazing feat.
Interestingly, it was his birthday too. His team, NWU Pukke finished at 677/3 in 50 overs. His 3rd-wicket partner Ruan Haasbroek also scored 104 runs from just 52 balls with 6 sixes and 12 fours. Shane Dadswell registered a strike rate of 325 runs per 100 balls.
He came into the crease as the opener and established 194, 204 and 220 run partnerships for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd wicket respectively. His innings meant that 4 bowlers of the opposition team leaked over 100 runs, while 2 bowlers leaked over 90 runs.
In response, the Potch Drop 1st team managed to only score 290/9 in their 50 overs. The NWU Pukke team won the match by a margin of 387 runs.
Interestingly, Brain Lara’s 500 still remains the highest score in any form cricket.
