Controversial actress Sri Reddy last year moved to Chennai after triggering a furor with her allegations in Hyderabad. She did try for a few offers in Kollywood but nothing really big came her way. More than her work, her loose comments/defamatory posts/cryptic posts continued to define her public image. Now, the actress is doing a Telugu movie. Titled ‘Climax’, it is being directed by Bhavani Shankar. The most curious part is that Sri Reddy claims to be playing the role of controversial celebrity.

“It is true that I am essaying the role of a controversial diva. The crime thriller revolves around my role and it would be a gripping entertainer,” she adds. Director Bhavani Shankar adds, “Sri Reddy plays an actress who lives by her own terms. The role will be almost close to her real-self,” he concludes. Can ‘Climax’ redeem her career? We have to wait and see.
