Suriya’s upcoming film Scene is gearing up for its theatrical release, and the makers have finally begun their musical promotions. Directed by Jithu Madhavan, the film has already generated curiosity thanks to its intriguing title teaser and the combination of Suriya with the Aavesham filmmaker.
The presence of Nazriya Nazim has added another layer of interest to the project, while the makers have so far maintained a relatively low-key promotional strategy.
First Single Arrives Tomorrow
After keeping the promotional activity limited, the team has now announced the release of the film’s first single.
Titled Aathi Iva Yarraa, the song has been composed by acclaimed music director Sushin Shyam. The track is scheduled to be released on October 8, marking the beginning of the film’s musical promotions.
With Sushin Shyam handling the music, expectations are naturally high for the album, particularly among listeners familiar with his distinctive style and recent chart-topping work.
Suriya Set to Play DSP Inbaraj
Scene is scheduled to reach theatres on November 6, 2026, putting the film just around a month away from its theatrical arrival.
Suriya will be seen playing DSP Inbaraj, a character that has already generated curiosity following the title teaser. The film also features Naslen, Anandraj, Lal and John Vijay in important roles.
The collaboration between Suriya and Jithu Madhavan is one of the major attractions of the project. Jithu has built a strong reputation for combining unusual characters, humour and engaging storytelling, and fans are eager to see how his style translates into a film led by Suriya.

Scene Promotions Finally Pick Up Pace
With the first single arriving on October 8, the makers appear to be shifting into a more active promotional phase. More songs, posters and promotional material could follow as the November 6 release date approaches.
The film is produced by Suriya and Jyotika, with Jaishree Damodaran serving as co-producer.
For now, all eyes are on Aathi Iva Yarraa, which will provide the first major taste of Sushin Shyam’s music for Scene. If the song connects with listeners, it could give the film’s promotional campaign a significant boost ahead of its theatrical release.
