Nani’s The Paradise is currently heading into its third weekend in theatres, with the film reportedly crossing the ₹180 crore mark worldwide, according to the makers. Directed by Srikanth Odela, the action drama arrived with huge expectations and a massive production scale.
The film opened strongly at the box office, benefiting from Nani’s popularity and the anticipation surrounding his reunion with Dasara director Srikanth Odela. However, the response after the initial shows has been mixed, and this appears to have affected the film’s momentum in the following days.
OTT Release Becomes the Next Talking Point
As The Paradise continues its theatrical run, discussions about its digital release have already started gaining attention among movie lovers.
The film’s OTT rights are reportedly a major point of interest, although the makers have not yet officially announced a confirmed streaming date. Given that the movie is still in its theatrical window, audiences may have to wait for an official announcement regarding its digital premiere.
The exact OTT platform and release date are expected to be revealed once the theatrical run reaches its later stages.
Can The Paradise Sustain Its Box-Office Run?
The film had a promising start, but mixed word of mouth has reportedly slowed its pace compared with the expectations surrounding such a high-profile project.
With the movie now entering its third weekend, the coming days will be important in determining its overall theatrical performance. Strong weekend collections could help the film maintain momentum, while the OTT release could eventually provide another opportunity to reach a wider audience.
Nani and Srikanth Odela’s Ambitious Project
The Paradise marks another collaboration between Nani and Srikanth Odela after their successful outing Dasara. The director has attempted to create a much larger and more intense world this time, with the film mounted on a considerably bigger scale.
For Nani, the project is another ambitious addition to his recent lineup, while Srikanth Odela is looking to establish himself with a high-scale action drama.
For now, there is no officially confirmed OTT release date for The Paradise. As the theatrical run progresses, fans can expect more clarity regarding the streaming platform and digital premiere.
