The film not only inspired filmmakers to come out with unique stories but also proved that the film can do great business if it has the potential.

‘Tik…Tik…Tik…’India’s First Space-Based FilmThe Tamil film ‘Tik…Tik…Tik…’ is another bold attempt from the Indian film industry. The film is considered to be the first space-themed film. The film’s trailer that released on 24th November already created a sensation.

‘Tik…Tik…Tik…’India’s First Space-Based FilmIn the trailer, one can a meteor striking a city in Tamil Nadu. The meteor strike is understood as a warning sign of a possible catastrophic event. Scientists predict that an asteroid would be striking near the coast of Tamil Nadu, triggering a massive Tsunami. Jayam Ravi plays the role of an illusionist and Pilot in the film. Aaron Aziz and Nivetha Pethuraj are the other star cast in the film.

The film is being directed by Shakti Soundar Rajan who previously worked with Jayam Ravi for ‘Miruthan’ that released in 2016. The film is slated for release on 18th December 2017.
