Till now it is evident that KCR will be contesting from his own constituency Gajwel but as per the reports to go by, KCR is preparing his ground to contest even from Medchel. If we go closer into the details, it is known that KCR has got the intelligence information that the anti-incumbency factor might work in his own constituency due to which he is opting for second as well.
Vanteru Prathap Reddy has been getting into the electoral war with KCR who has a tremendous hold in the Gajwel constituency. In the last general elections, Prathap Reddy has given a very tough fight to KCR, where the later has just won with a slight majority. Prathap Reddy who is in TDP has joined Congress along with Revanth Reddy. Now the grand alliance Mahakutami which is formed is a much more dominant force, due to which KCR is making his plan B for not giving any chance to the opposition parties.
