In the Indian society, there exist the norms of lost ages. People still fight in the name of caste and religion. At the same time, social evils like extramarital affairs are increasing. A shocking incident took place in the coastal city of Andhra Pradesh, Vizianagaram.
A 28-year-old man, named Dhanunjaya is living Kotthaguda village, Vizianagaram district. He had an extramarital affair with a married woman of the same village. On knowing this, the two communities of the Dhanunjaya and the woman got into a fight. After everyone thought things have settled down, three men from the woman’s community kidnapped Dhanunjaya last midnight and took him to an isolated place.
They tied his limbs and then chopped off his two hands. Post that, they dropped the body of Dhanunjaya in front of the village’s sarpanch Padmavathi. On seeing Dhanunjaya, the sarpanch immediately informed to the police. The victim is currently being treated at King George Hospital (KGH), Vishakhapatnam.During the police investigation, it was found out that, there were clashes between the two sides in the wake of the extramarital affair.
