GUWAHATI: The ruling BJP is leading in three of the four Assembly seats in Assam where by-polls were held on Monday. While Rajen Borthakur of the BJP is leading over his nearest rival Kartik Kurmi of the Congress by 19,965 votes in Rangapara Assembly constituency, Bijoy Malakar of the saffron party has established a lead of 4,501 votes over Congress’ Keshab Prasad Rajak in Ratabari Assembly seat.

Borthakur has secured 28,437 votes while Kurmi has garnered 8,472 votes, as per the latest trends. On the other hand, Malakar has secured 13,175 votes while Rajak has garnered 8,674 votes. Nabanita Handique of the BJP is leading over her nearest rival Sushil Kumar Suri of the Congress by 76 votes in Sonari Assembly seat. Handique has secured 3,812 votes while Suri has garnered 3,736 votes.

Rafiqul Islam of the All India United Democratic Front (AIUDF) has gained a lead of 1,528 votes over his nearest rival Shamsul Hoque of the Congress in Jania Assembly constituency. Islam has secured 6,491 votes while Hoque has garnered 4,963 votes as per the latest trends. An estimated 72.62 percent of over 6.78 lakh electorate had exercised their franchise in the by-election to the four Assembly seats in the state.

The Payload Mode in PUBG MOBILE is now active and you can try your hands on it under the Arcade tab.

The Payload Mode offers helicopters and rocket launchers in the game to take the fight to the skies. Players can use helicopters to fly around and attack, like in Grand Theft Auto games, while opponents on the ground will be able to shoot them down using rocket launchers and grenade launchers. The new mode also brings in some co-op features for squads.

Players will be dropped on Erangel in the same old PUBG way but they will be treated to different kinds of loots that include rocket launchers, grenade launchers and special guns to bring down helicopters and opponents. Upon further exploration, players will also be able to find and use helicopters as in-game weapons. And with a squad, this can prove to be a deadly weapon combo for opponents.

Luckily for others, the map offers a lot of loots with anti-air weapons to bring down airborne opponents. There is the problem of face unlock working with your eyes closed or the Pixel 4’s battery being excessively small and more recently the phone’s aggressive lowering the refresh rate from 90 Hz to 60 Hz without giving any particular reason why it is doing so. Now Google has said that it will be announcing a fix for this refresh rate problem via a new update.

A few Redditors have discovered that the refresh rate of the screen will drop to 60 Hz if your screen brightness is less than 75 percent. As per a report by The Verge, the screen will refresh at 90 Hz at lower brightness levels if the ambient lighting in the room is bright enough.

Google said in a statement to The Verge that “In some conditions or situations, we set the refresh rate to 60Hz. few circumstances include: when the user uses the battery saver, specific video content(as it’s largely shot at 24 or 30fps), and even different brightness conditions. We regularly evaluate whether these parameters guide to the best overall user experience. We have earlier planned updates that we’ll roll out in the coming weeks that include enabling 90 Hz in more brightness conditions.”

Unlike a few smartphones which support high refresh rate displays, such as the OnePlus 7T (Review) and 7T Pro, there is no option accessible in the Pixel 4 for locking the screen at 90 Hz in all conditions. It would appear that Google might bring out this option in this upcoming update or at the very least improve its algorithms to keep the 90 Hz refresh rate accessible in more conditions.

“Cricket analysts acknowledge that Shivam’s bowling is still not international pace and nowhere near the kind of pace and quality Hardik holds.
