The entire Telangana witnessed the high drama associated with the Congress leader Vanteru Pratapa Reddy the other day. Post his hunger strike, The Telangana Police troubled this leader to the core by raiding his house yesterday. This Mahakutami candidate who is contesting against the TRS Chief KCR is facing many problems from the TRS leaders. With the complaint lodged by the TRS leaders and MLC D Rajeswara Rao at the Cyberabad Police Station in the Bala Nagar area, the Chief Electoral Officer Rajat Kumar directed the Police to search the house of Vanteru.
According to these Pink leaders, Vanteru is distributing huge sacks of money to his voters as a part of his campaigning. Reddy and his followers tried their best to obstruct the Police from entering his house but Police showcased its strength and searched the house. Interestingly, nothing has been found at the Pratapa Reddy’s house and Police returned empty hands.During the raid, Pratapa Reddy threatened to end his life by pouring petrol on him to burn himself down but Policemen held him strong. This kind of acts would only bring sympathy among the voters on the Congress leaders. Regardless of TRS’s trails, Mahakutami has decided to make KCR lose over Vanteru at any cost.
