Venky Mama is another multi-starrer film featuring Venkatesh and Naga Chaitanya in lead roles. As we know, Naga Chaitanya is the nephew of Venkatesh. So, Dr D. Ramanaidu wants to produce this combo. But, this is not possible at his time. Now, this combo is set by writer Kona Venkat and producing the film along with Suresh Babu under Suresh Productions. The movie is directing by Bobby (Power and Jai Lava Kusha fame). Writer Kona Venkat has done the script work and screenplay for this movie. Talking about the lead actresses, Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi will be seen opposite Venkatesh and Rakul Preet Singh will be seen opposite Naga Chaitanya.
But, these details are not confirmed yet officially again.Now a news is trending in social media that Venky Mama is an official remake of a super hit Punjabi film. Writer Kona Venkat has brought the rights of the original and added the needed changes to suit with Telugu tastes. Currently, Venkatesh is busy with another multi-starrer film titled F2 with Varun Tej and Naga Chaitanya is also busy with Majili movie shooting. So, Venky Mama movie shoot will start once they finish their shoot for those movies. There are no other details revealed like the cast and crew of the film.
