Vishnu Manchu Enlists Mohan Lal for “Kannappa”:
After securing Prabhas and Nayantara as its lead stars, the upcoming film “Kannappa,” starring Vishnu Manchu in the titular role, has now added Malayalam superstar Mohan Lal to its ensemble cast. The nature of Mohan Lal’s character in the film is being kept secret, injecting an element of intrigue into the project.
The movie is being produced by Manchu Mohan Babu, Vishnu’s father, under the Ava Entertainment and 24 Frames Factory banner. Renowned director Mukesh Kumar Singh, known for his work on the Mahabharata series on Star Plus TV, is at the helm of this ambitious venture.
The film’s storyline has been crafted by acclaimed writers Paruchuri Gopala Krishna, Burra Sai Madhav, and Thota Prasad, while Mani Sharma and Stephen Devasi will provide the musical score. Initially, Nupur Sanon was rumored to be the female lead and even attended the film’s inauguration ceremony in Srikalahasti, but she later withdrew due to scheduling conflicts.
