The cruel and inhuman behavior of India men has been exposed in the recent times, with rapes taking place across the nation. The weak judicial and law enforcement systems are being put-to-shame every day. A mother and her daughter jumped off a moving train after a group of 10-15 men tried to rape the girl.
A 40-year-old woman and her 15-year-old daughter were traveling in an unreserved coach by Howrah-Jodhpur Express on Saturday. As soon as the train left the Howrah Railway Station, a group of 10-15 men started teasing the 15-year-old daughter of the woman. The woman rushed to the nearby the RPF (Railway Protection Force) police and complained about the men. A policeman soon arrived at the unreserved compartment and nabbed 3 men on the complaint.
Later those returned to the coach within 30 minutes. They started to harass and misbehave with the girl aggressively. When the girl was moving towards the toilet, few of the men grabbed and tried to rape her by dragging her into the Toilet. With the situation going out of her hands, and her daughter’s clothes torn, the woman put up a brave fight and jumped off the train along with her daughter.
They managed to walk to a nearby police station after regaining consciousness. The police have reportedly filed an FIR and immediate medical attention was given to the mother and the daughter.
