Aadhaar Scam in Narasaraopeta Guntur

The whole state of Andhra Pradesh was shocked after Kidney racket scam came to light in Narasaraopeta. Shockingly, the latest developments in the city are sending shivers among the government authorities involved in the reported scam.
The city has become a haven for various scams and fraudulent actives in the recent past. After the Kidney racket was exposed, it is the turn of Aadhaar Card now. After the row over a Kidney-transfer became public, the authorities have carried out a deep investigation into the incident.
This surprisingly lead to another fraudulent case of ‘Aadhaar Card’ tampering. The police officials came to know about rampant tampering of Aadhaar Cards issued by the Central government. ‘Three kidney transfers have already been completed using tampered Aadhaar cards.
A person named Mudavath Venkateswara has come forward to donate his kidney to a patient named Siva Nageswara Rao. In this context, Mudavath Venkateswara managed to tamper Ravuri Chowdary (relative to the patient) on his Aadhaar Card. Post that, with the fake Aadhaar Card and other documents, they have handed over their application to Narasaraopeta Tehsildar Office. It was during the verification that the officials found out about the tampering of Aadhaar Card.
Usually, the anyone can donate his/her kidney without many formalities, if they can prove that they are related to the patient. The people involved in kidney-racket started tampering Aadhaar card, in order establish a relationship between the donor and patient. The officials are carrying further investigation into the matter.
