Akhil who is very particular in having a solo release with no films in competition has postponed the release date from Christmas to Sankranthi to Republic and then to Valentine’s day. As the month of February seems to be somewhat odd for the makers, Akhil has reportedly agreed to have the film release on January 24th.
As per the reports, it is known that Akhil is getting ready to release his flick on 24th January as he doesn’t want to miss the Republic day week. Till now it is in talk that NTR’s Mahanayakudu is out of the race for Republic Day week but if it makes the sudden entry then Mr Majnu will be getting released on January 25th. Whatever, Akhil is preparing for the fight despite playing safe like releasing it with no competition on board.
