Malayalam cinema’s latest blockbuster ‘Bethlehem Kudumba Unit’ is now set to arrive in Telugu. The rom-com, featuring Nivin Pauly and Mamitha Baiju in the lead roles, has already emerged as a major success, grossing over Rs. 220 crores worldwide.
The Telugu-dubbed version is scheduled to release tomorrow, and the latest update confirms that the film will have paid premieres ahead of its theatrical release. Bookings have already opened in Hyderabad, giving Telugu audiences an early opportunity to watch the much-talked-about Malayalam hit.
With the original carrying strong reports, the decision to hold paid premieres could help generate further buzz for the Telugu release. The film is directed by Girish AD, who previously delivered the popular Malayalam romantic comedy Premalu.
Produced by Dileesh Pothan, Fahadh Faasil and Syam Pushkaran, the film also features Sangeeth Prathap, Suresh Krishna, Vinay Forrt, Roshan Shanavas, Shyam Mohan and Shameer Khan in key roles.
The music for the film has been composed by Vishnu Vijay. With its impressive Malayalam box-office run and positive word of mouth, all eyes are now on how ‘Bethlehem Kudumba Unit’ performs with Telugu audiences.
