Kajal Agarwal Turn Down Rs 2 Crore Offer

Actress Kajal Agarwal is undoubtedly one of the leading heroines in the Tollywood film industry. In fact, she is one of the most preferred heroines for many directors in the South Film Industry. Given her stardom, and her on-screen performance, the actress takes home a hefty paycheck. It was rumoured that Kajal charged around Rs 1.75 crores for Megastar Chiranjeevi’s 150th film, Khaidi No. 150.
Previously she used to charge Rs 1 crore-Rs 1.25 crores. She was last seen in the experimental thriller ‘Awe’ produced by hero Nani and directed by debutant director Prashant Varma. The latest buzz in the industry is that Kajal turned down an offer, despite being offered Rs 2 crore as remuneration. Though this is double her normal paycheck, the actress said a clear no to it.
The offer was made by none other than acclaimed director P Vasu, who is well known for his films like Chandramukhi, Apthamithra, Chinna Thambi, and others. The director’s assistant approached the actress for a role in a horror movie, sources said.
It is learned that Kajal has made it very clear that should wouldn’t be acting in horror flicks at this point in her career. Still, one should have guts to reject a Rs 2 crore offer right away!
