Manchu Manoj did not reveal any reason for being away from films for so long. Many thought he lost interest due to failures he had to go through. But his brother Vishnu Manchu and sister, Lakshmi Prasanna did not really give importance to box office verdict of their films in designing their respective careers. They are trying their level best to change the course and get on to success track.
Finally, confirming all the rumours that he and his wife, have been going through hard times in their relationship, he announced that they got divorced. He mentioned earlier that they do have problems but they will work through them. But this shocked his fans and supporters more than usual. He asked for privacy and said that he will be back to acting soon. He ascertained that he won’t let his personal life crisis show on work anymore at the same time, thanked his fans, family and supporters for unconditional support through his tough period.
