Chalo Director Venky Kundula Movie with Nithin

The new maker Venky Kundula has scored his first success with his very first movie Chalo starring Naga Shourya. This success grabbed him a perfect opportunity to work with big league hero and producer.

Not many know that this director has worked as an Assistant Director under the big maker Trivikram for all the movies bankrolled by S.Radha Krishna. In other words, we can say that he belongs to Trivikram’s camp. He tried his luck as a director with Chalo and got a decent hit. Thought the flick has no impressive plotline, his narration skills and comedy has struck the right chords of the audience. Now, this director got a call from the young hero Nithin. Sources say that Venky narrated a love story to Nithin for which the latter almost accepted it only with a condition. The condition is that S.Radha Krishna who bankrolled ‘A Aa’ with Nithin should bankroll this project as well. If everything goes according to the plan, then we can expect another combination of A Aa but this time with Venky under the guidance of Trivikram.

Currently, Nithin is working hard to complete his ongoing flick Chal Mohana Ranga. This movie is directed by lyricist turned director Krishna Chaitanya. Pawan Kalyan and Trivikram are jointly bankrolling this flick under PK Creative Works banner. The release date will be updated soon by none other than Power star himself.

Once star heroine of South Ileana has been still struggling to pave a strong path for herself in Bollywood. She has made some unpleasant comments on Southern regional Film Industries and its mindsets.

This Goan beauty is known for her navel and its this special feature in her, she achieved huge fame and recognition in big industries like Telugu and Tamil. However, she lost her charm for her issues with Southern Industry and left South for Bollywood to have a career there. Except for Barfi, nothing worked out and she is still trying to make her mark with hot photoshoots and sensational comments. In a recent interview with a National daily, she declared that the entire Southern Industry has not yet come out of the past. She backed her comments by stating one of her uneasy experience in Tollywood. Ileana claims that in her debut flick Devdas, the director dropped a seashell on her navel for which she never understood the purpose. She was told that it enhances the beauty of her navel more by the director. So Ileana feels that both, the Industries of South and audience of it still see actresses as a tool of beauty but nothing else.

These comments of her are irking some Southern movie lovers. She might be forgetting the fact that its Tollywood which gave her a star status. Comments like these only narrow down her chances more in South.

Kalyanram is currently shooting for his ‘MLA’ and ‘Naa Nuvve’ movies. Both the films are quite different thematically. While MLA (Manchi Lakshanalu Unna Abbayi) is an action and drama entertainer, ‘Na Nuvve’ is a romantic comedy film. Kajal Agarwal and Tammanah Bhatia are playing the lead female role in MLA and Naa Nuvve respectively.

Post the completion of these two films, Kalyanram will be starring in a fantasy thriller film. He himself will be producing the film on his home banner. ‘Prema Ishq Kadhal’ famePawan Sadineni will be directing the film. The film will go onto floors from 2nd week of April.

The latest buzz is that the film will be a fantasy thriller. With the script work almost coming to an end, Kalyanram decided to rope in Jr NTR (his brother) and Nandamuri Harikrishna (his father) for two key important roles. Moreover, these roles have a limited screen time. In particular, if Jr NTR gives a nod to play a cameo in the upcoming Kalyanram’s film, hype over the film will go to the next level. Further details regarding the technical team and cast are like to be announced in the 2nd week of March.

Ram Charan Tej is having an amazing year ahead of him. The Mega Power Star is busy with Sukumar’s ‘Rangasthalam’. The movie will be hitting the screens on March 30th, with the pre-release event to take place in Vishakhapatnam in the 3rd week of March. The actor has already signed for his next project with Boyapati Srinu.

The Boyapati – Ram Charan film is likely to be completed by July mid, with Ram Charan joining SS Rajamouli for a multi-starrer in August. Ram Charan will be sharing the screen space along with Jr NTR in the multi-starrer.

Adding more to the excitement of Mega fans, Ram Charan will be seen once again seen as a lover boy in a romantic entertainer. ‘Sye Raa… Narasimha Reddy’ director Surender Reddy will be helming the film. It is heard that Surender Reddy narrated a pure love story to Ram Charan, and the hero has shown immense interest in the project too. Ram Charan and Surender Reddy previously worked together for ‘Dhruva’.

If everything goes according to plan, Ram Charan will have 4 releases in the coming 15 months. What’s more surprising is that every film is unique from each other.

She shared the screen space with star heroes like Mahesh Babu, Ram Charan, Allu Arjun, and Jr NTR. She has been the talk of the town with back-to-back hits and big-ticket movies. Things have become much worse in recent times for Rakul. At this juncture, the actress bagged a B-Town offer. She was seen in the film ‘Aiyaary’ starring Siddharth Malhotra and Manoj Bajpayee. ‘Aiyaary’ managed to rake up only Rs 11.70 crores in its first three days, the lowest for a Siddharth Malhotra film so far. Rakul has spent some good time in promoting the film with the film’s unit. No other heroine had a great time like Rakul in the past. It looks like there is an exception to that list now. Pooja Hegde made her Telugu debut alongside Naga Chaitanya in the film ‘Oka Laila Kosam’.

Her next venture in Telugu ‘Mukunda’ starring opposite Varun Tej only disappointed her. Even her Bollywood debut with Hrithik Roshan ‘Mohenja Daro’ did not bring her any success.

Her third venture in Tollywood, ‘Duvvada Jagannadham’ starring Allu Arjun brought her film career back on track. After scoring a big hit at the box office, Pooja Hegde became the talk of the town. Director Surender Reddy took off to Mumbai to meet the Bollywood Megastar Big B, Amitabh Bachchan. Surprisingly, even Big B was not heard speaking about ‘Sye Raa… Narasimha Reddy’ anywhere in recent times. This only fueled the speculation (and rumours) that Big B has walked out of the project. Surender Reddy’s meeting with Amitabh Bachchan has finally put an end to all these speculations.

It is understood that Amitabh will be playing the role of Gosai Venkanna, the guru (master) of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy (Megastar Chiranjeevi), in the film. Gosai Venkanna played a very important role in the revolt against the British, according to historians.

In fact, it was under Gosai Venkanna that Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy transformed into a leader of the masses. Though the screen time of Gosai Venkanna, or Amitabh Bachchan in the film, will be limited, it would have a strong impact. For the very same reason, Surender Reddy wanted to rope someone like Amitabh Bachchan, who not only has a pan-India image, but also one of the most celebrated actors in the history of Indian Cinema.

The second schedule shooting of ‘Sye Raa… Narasimha Reddy’ will commence from February 23rd in Hyderabad. Both Amitabh Bachchan and Nayantara will be joining the sets.

The show Bigg Boss Season one has won the appreciation of TV viewers across the two Telugu states. In this regard, the planners have started arrangements for the season two. But NTR Jr might get replaced by three possible heroes.

NTR Jr nearly nailed the show and became a huge pillar in the success of Bigg Boss in Telugu. The audience got connected to him emotionally such that many wanted him to continue for other seasons. Natural Star Nani’s productional venture Awe was released last Friday and is going pretty good in all the released areas. Let us have a quick look at its performance in Domestic and overseas markets.

For any flick, commercial success is much needed to make the buyers enter the safe zone without losses. When it comes to Awe, the flick is not even close to any commercial cinema but a complete out of box script. Nani put his blood and sweat in this movie trusting nothing but the script. The result is overwhelming as the movie impressed critics in a big way. Even though the first-day figures are not encouraging, the first weekend numbers clearly indicate that this flick is a winner. At the overseas, the movie not only collected $ 125K from the premiers but also crossed magical mark of half million dollars already. Now it is eyeing one million dollars club in the coming days. At the end of Sunday’s midnight show, this movie has raked in a distributor share of 4 crores worldwide thereby nearing safe zone. With no movies in competition except Tholi Prema, the movie is expected to end up with profits for all the buyers and producer in its full run. Multiplexes are still full in A centres and B, C centres are slowly filling up with good mouth talk in the two Telugu states.

Directed by a newcomer Prasanth Varma, this movie is bankrolled by Nani and Prashanthi. Kajal Agarwal, Nithya Menon, Regina, Srinivas Avasarala, Priya Darshi, Murali Sharma and other played lead roles in this flick.
