It is known news that Chennai beauty Trisha Krishnan was supposed to romance Megastar Chiranjeevi in Acharya, under  the direction of Koratala Siva but later she walked out of the project and the makers roped Kajal Aggarwal in this film.

However, according to the latest buzz in the film industry, Trisha Krishnan is in talks for Chiranjeevi starrer upcoming Telugu film, which is remake of Malayalam movie Lucifer remake.

Mohan  Raja is on the board to helm this remake and  the makers are planning to rope a top actress to play the love interest to Chiranjeevi’ character.

In the past both Chiru and Trisha Krishnan have worked together for the movie Sralin and if everything goes accordingly, after a gap of 15 years, once again they will collaborate.

On 16th December,  Mohan Raja shared a picture with Chiranjeevi and announced that he will be directing the Lucifer remake.  Lucifer is a political drama which is helmed by Prithviraj Sukumaran.

Meanwhile Trisha Krishnan is currently busy shooting for her next Tamil film Ponniyin Selvan,  which is being helmed by Mani Ratnam.

Meanwhile, Chiranjeevi is waiting to complete his social message oriented movie Acharya, directed by Koratala Siva,  in which Ram Charan is playing a cameo.

Tamil star Suriya tested positive for the coronavirus. This news is confirmed by Suriya himself as he took to his Twitter to share a post and informed everyone that he had tested positive for Coronavirus. Singam star revealed that he was undergoing treatment and that he was feeling much better.

Though Suriya tweeted in Tamil language but it translates to – “I have been tested positive for Coronavirus and I am currently recovering from it. I am undergoing treatment for Covid-19 and I thank the doctors for their support. We should all realize life has not returned to normal.”

Suriya was last seen in the movie Soorarai Pottru/Aakasam Nee Haddura in Telugu, which was directed by lady director Sudha Kongara. The movie skipped theatrical release and premiered on Amazon Prime directly. Soorarai Pottru was based on the life of Captain GR Gopinath of Air Deccan.

On the otherside, recently Suriya completed shooting for upcoming Netflix film Navarasa. This project marks Suriya’s reunion with director Gautham Menon after a long gap. They had previously collaborated for Tamil films Kaakha Kaakha and Vaaranam Aayiram. The project Navarasa marks the digital debut of actors Suriya and Vijay Sethupathi. Currently Suriya is busy with Vetri Maaran’s Vaadi Vaasal.

We are talking about Pooja Hegde who is one of the popular actress of Indian film Industry and is currently working with the young hero Akhil Akkineni in a romantic movie Most Eligible Bachelor and now she is all set to work with Akkineni Naga Chaitanya in the upcoming film Thank You.

Pooja Hegde has been approached to play the female lead in Naga Chaitanya starrer film Thank You which is progressing at a brisk pace under the direction of Vikram K Kumar of 24, Manam and Hello fame. According to the latest buzz, Naga Chaitanya is playing the role of a hockey player in this film, which is being bankrolled by Dil Raju.

In the past, both Naga Chaitanya and DJ girl had worked together in a romantic and comedy movie Oka Laila Kosam which was released in 2014.

The film Thank You has cinematography by PC Sriram, music is scored by S Thaman, B V S Ravi is providing the story and Naveen Nooli is taking care of the editing department.

On the otherside, Naga Chaitanya will be seen in Sekhar Kammula’s Love Story, which marks the first collaboration of Naga Chaitanya and Fidaa girl Sai Pallavi. Pooja Hegde is working with Prabhas in a romantic drama Radhe Shyam.

After a long gap, Megastar Chiranjeevi made his comeback in the acting field with his 150th movie titled Khaidi No 150 and later he came up with his 151st film Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. Presently he is shooting for his 152nd movie titled Acharya, which is a social message oriented movie and is being helmed by Koratala Siva. The film, which has Kajal Aggarwal as the female lead, is said to be an action entertainer and it also has Mega power Star Ram Charan in a cameo.

His 153rd film is said to be the remake of Malayalam hit film Lucifer, will be directed by Mohan Raja. The reports are coming that the makers are planning to rope Trisha Krishna on the board to play the female lead. Recently Chiranjeevi attended the pre release event of Vaishnav Tej’ film Uppena, as a chief guest and announced his 154th film with KS Ravindra alias Bobby.

At Uppena event in Hyderabad, Chiranjeevi said that after the Lucifer remake, he would be teaming up with Bobby for a film, which would be bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers.The reports are coming that Bobby and his team have already started to work on the script for Chiranjeevi and if everything goes accordingly, the upcoming film will go on the floor by the end of this year.
