April 20 holds a special place in Superstar Mahesh babu‘s life as he celebrates his mother Indira Devi’s birthday.

On this special day, Mahesh took to social media to share an adorable picture of him with his mother Indira Devi. Along with picture, he wrote, “April 20!! A very special day of the most special person in my life… Happy birthday Amma.”

Mahesh wife Namrata Shirodkar also shared an emotional note on this special day. She wrote, “Indiramma as she’s known to the outside world!! I call her ‘mummy’… a child woman, a lethal combination of innocence and resilience… she’s my reservoir of strength my version of a superwoman. Wishing her the best birthday ever… blessings and endless love…. Love you mummy.”

Noted director Gautham Menon is always known for making sharp comments on certain things. Whether it comes to bashing heroes and calling producers, he sometimes slipped into controversies. And this time, he has shocked everyone by asking them to not watch two of his films during this lockdown period where everyone is in self-isolation at their houses.

Taking to social media, actually, the Ye Maya Chesave filmmaker released a video advisory where he spoke about staying home and staying safe. In this video, the director stated that most of his films actually have heroes travelling to some other places and doing things, and watching them might trigger audiences with similar thoughts. “Especially don’t watch Ajith’s Enthavaadu gani and Naga Chaitanya’s Saahasam Swaasaga Saagipo as they involve heroes doing lots of travelling. They might make people break the lockdown and come outside” he says.

Well, most of Gautham Menon’s films have this touch of heroes going to different places. In Ye Maya Chesave, the hero goes from Hyderabad to Kerala, while Raghavan travels from India to the USA to catch criminals. His upcoming Dhruva Natachitram has a set of lead actors going all around the world for a mission. So we have to see how audiences take up his advice.

It is evident that Tamil Director Vishnuvardhan of ‘Panjaa’ fame is venturing into Bollywood with a film titles ‘Sher Shah’ a biopic based on Vikram Batra. The film stars Siddharth Malhotra in the lead role as Vikram and Karan Johar is producing the film under his Dharma Productions banner.

Now, the latest buzz in Kollywood is that Vishnuvardhan has approached his favourite actor Thala Ajith for a key role in the film. Vishnu has collaborated with Ajith for films ‘Billa’ and ‘Arrambham’

It is said that Ajith will be seen as the Army man and a mentor to Siddharth in the film. If the reports are true then Bollywood is going witness Ajith’s screen presence yet again after 2012 cameo in English Vinglish starring Sridevi Boney Kapoor.

Earlier Ajith Kumar has acted in the 2001 film Asoka alongside Shah Rukh Khan in the direction of ace Cinmatographer Santosh Sivan. Ajith is currently filming for his next film ‘Valimai’ under the direction of H Vinoth of ‘Khaki’ fame.

The movie team has reportedly registered an interesting Title ‘Ayinanu Poyi Ravale Hasthinaku’ and is said to be a political entertainer. Sources even say that this film is loosely based on Chiranjeevi’s yester year hit ‘Manthrigari Viyyankudu’. NTR fans are already celebrating the news and eagerly waiting for the film.

Now the latest news making rounds in Tollywood is, Director Trivikram is considering Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt for an important role of a Politician. Guruji is busy writing good lines for this star. It is evident that Sanjay Dutt is playing the baddie in ‘KGF2’ which would make him popular yet again after the release and thus wants to cash in the new found craze for this Bollywood veteran.

Guruji has even plans of casting Jhanvi Kapoor and Pooja Hegde in this political pot boiler. It is evident that Trivikram has impressed all with ‘Aravinda Sametha’ without having his trade mark comic and punch dialogues! Megastar who is doing movies only for his home banner has agreed to partner with Producer Niranjan Reddy as per the prior commitment of the Director Koratala Siva.

Very recently Powerstar Pawan Kalyan‘s first combination with Trivikram Srinivas has completed 12 years of its release. Goa beauty Ileana had pair with Pawan in the movie and their pair looked fresh. Now we hear that Ileana is likely to get a role in Pawan’s comeback film ‘Vakeel Saab.’

Naga Chaitanya is pinning good hopes on his next film “Love Story”

Hero Naga Chaitanya is pinning good hopes on his next film “Love Story” which is being carved by Sekhar Kammula. While the film missed out its release date due to the countrywide lockdown, Chay wants to ensure that he will have a great lineup of films later on.

But the unexpected twist came from director Parasuram who has started his next with Chay but dumped into the middle after he got a call from Mahesh Babu. And then, many wondered if Chay’s “Nageswara Rao” with Parasuram is permanently called off. Reports are now coming that they are not going to shelve this project as this happens to be an interesting love story.

Reportedly Chay and Parasruam will team up after the director wraps up Mahesh’s film, and Chay finishes a movie with Nandini Reddy. This will easily take 8 months of time, so later on, they will be regrouping to deliver Nageswara Rao to the audiences. Only after that compromise is made, actually producers of Nageswara Rao has opened doors for Parasuram to do his film with Mahesh, they say.
