Youngest hero of Akkineni family, Akhil is busy finishing the promotional tour of Mr Majnu. Obtained information from the Akkineni camp reveals crucial information regarding his next.Akhil has sweated it out for Mr Majnu to register his first solid hit in Tollywood but unfortunately the movie is under performing in the released theaters. He is trying hard to promote the movie even more by touring the theatres to minimize the losses. Post this flick, Akhil will head for a holiday for a complete body detox and then, his immediate next will get materialize.
Initially, Akhil thought of teaming up with some directors like Seenu Vaitla, Boyapati etc but his father King Nag has got another plans. Nag convinced Akhil to do a movie with creative directors like Sukumar, Krish etc to become close to the movie lovers. So if the things fall in place, Akhil is interested to work under the authentic director Krish as Sukumar is busy with Mahesh’s script.For now, Akhil will be going for a two months holiday and Krish is busy finishing NTR Mahanayakudu. Post this NTR biopic, Krish almost has no commitments and he can work with Akhil for a genuine story driven flick.
Charan Not Interested With The Newcomers
The mega power star Ram Charan Tej who gave chances to the upcoming makers in the beginning of his career has changed his route. Movie analysts however feels that he is making a fundamental mistake in filtering the makers.If we look at the recent projects of Charan, he is only working with the big directors like Surender Reddy, Sukumar, Boyapati Seenu and upcoming one with the ace maker S S Rajamouli. Even after the RRR, Charan has given his word to the two big directors Koratala Siva and Trivikram for his forthcoming flicks.
It has been heard that Charan rejected the theme lines narrated by two of the upcoming directors in Tollywood who already made their mark. According to Charan, new makers cannot gauge his star image and eventually fans would end up with dissatisfaction. This is completely opposite approach of Charan compared to his contemporary star heroes like NTR Jr, Mahesh Babu, Bunny etc who are encouraging fresh and young talented directors.Having said that, there is chance for the Arjun Reddy maker Sanjay Reddy Vanga to team up with Charan if the latter impresses this mega hero with a mass plot. It is high time for Charan to try different stories to get good name like Rangasthalam rather than bagging mass disasters like Vinaya Videya Rama
Is Hema Blaming Charmi For Puri’s Downfall…?
The popular character actress Hema has given a furious interview to a leading web media. Known for her open talk and controversy, this lady comedian did reveal many interesting things about some of the few directors in the industry.Hema is one the few actresses who made it big when it comes to comedy in TFI but despite her stardom, she claims that actresses like her are not getting paid decently. She blamed the director Trivikram for arguing her regarding her remuneration and since then, Hema has been avoiding the wizard of words who has written lovely characters for her.
Not stopping there, Hema opined that the dashing director Puri Jagannath has completely lost his charm as he is completely overshadowed by clouds recently. Needless to say, Charmi is that cloud according to Hema as she is the new one who has become a partner of Puri and his investments. With production and supplying models via Puri Connects, Charmi is even overlooking the production formalities of Puri’s films.Hema stated that Puri can bounce back once these clouds get cleared over him such that he can work from his heart rather than by the suggestions of someone. One has to wait and see how Puri and Trivikram react to Hema’s new claims.
NTR Kathanayakudu Ends Up As All Time 3rd Biggest Disaster Of TFI
The most hyped first party of NTR biopic, Kathanayakudu has almost ended its complete theatrical run. Looking at the concluding figures, the flick made its place in the Tollywood’s record book of disasters. The flick despite its popularity and craze for being the life history of Telugu Cinema’s legend NTR lacked the much-needed drama. Due to the two-part theme and short time pre-production of the makers, the flick became a disaster. Even though the movie opened up with rave reviews from print, electronic and web media, the movie lovers rejected the flick flat.
This made the producers to suffer huge losses. By the end of this Tuesday, the movie collected only 20 crores of share against its pre-release business of 71 crores thereby creating almost 50 crores of losses.The flick now only stood to the biggest flops of TFI like Spyder and Agnyaathavaasi in the third place which is never imagined by any living fan of NTR.This flick is directed by the talented maker Krish and bankrolled by Sai Korrapati along with the hero Balayya. Now all the eyes are set on the second part Makanayakudu as if it will increase the losses or would minimize them.
Ram Charan Sets A Deadline To Surender Reddy
The mega power star Ram Charan’s second productional venture Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is going at snail pace. To cope up with the time, so called the coolest producer is speculated to be turned strict with the makers to bring the flick on time. The megastar Chiranjeevi’s biggest project ever, Sye Raa is currently under production. Due to the fact that his father, the numero uno hero is aspiring big with this flick, Charan gave utmost freedom for the makers with production. He didn’t fix the budget and asked them to go to any extent to make this flick a memorable one in Chiru’s career. Due to that, the director Surender Reddy is shooting this flick on big canvas which hiked the budget.
Also, some of the episodes which were shot inexpensive sets are being reshot as Chiru is unhappy with the product. All these have escalated the budget and also the schedules are well running later than the planned ones. Irked Charan asked the director to finish as quickly as possible within fewer amount as the expenses already crossed the expected limit. According to the latest update, all the war scenes have been shot and only the talkie part is remaining along with a couple of songs. The flick will be finished and will go for the post-production to add special effects. The movie is aimed to release for this year’s Dussehra in all the major Indian languages.
Krish scared of Balayya but not Kangana…?
The latest revelations of authentic director Krish regarding the credit controversy of Kangana’s Manikarnika has lead to many discussions. Along with the supporters of Krish, there exists many haters of Krish who question his directorial ethics regarding NTR Kathanayakudu.As far as Kangana’s Manikarnika is concerned, the team almost sidelined Krish and gave full credit to the female lead in direction. Krish expressed his distress over this issue and stated that he worked for complete movie and left it only after finishing the shoot. In his recent claims, Krish went a step further and declared that his reluctance in changing some scenes against the will of Kangana is the primary reason for this entire controversy.
He stated that he will never compromise for the sake of actors once he locks the script.Now the haters of Krish ask him if his commitment levels are so high then why did he obey to everything Balayya said and suggested in NTR Kathanayakudu script. Not just that, they point out at Krish’s Sankranthi release even before understanding the script and started the shoot. Also they ask why Krish accepted Balayya’s two part release in the last moments of NTR biopic’s release without objecting.
