Pawan’s deadline to state and central govt ends today

The Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan has given a deadline to both the state and central governments seeking for a white paper on the funds allocated and spent ends today.

Pawan has formed a Joint Facts Finding committee post the Union Budget for addressing the issues and the injustice done to the state. As we all know, Pawan has interacted with ex-M.P Undavalli Arun Kumar the other day and demanded the state government as well as the central government to issue a white note on the funds allocated and spent, so that he will discuss and analyze with his experts in JFFC panel. This was the second time Pawan has demanded a white note but the government as usually ignored it.

As the deadline ends today, everyone is curious to know what might be the next move of the Janasena Chief. Pawan being an ally of TDP has all the rights to demand an explanation on how the funds have been spent but the state govt. seems to be reluctant all the time to provide the details. Well, many have the doubts, that this will surely put an end to the ally of TDP and Janasena.

At the time when the whole world is going mad over Cryptocurrency, the Indian government remained silent. RBI came forward and issued a statement that Indian financial system does not recognize or trade Cryptocurrency. Despite such strong statements, few brokerage companies and traders have been trading Cryptocurrency with international companies and personnel. Many new companies under the tags; Bitcoin, Cryptocurrency, Indian Bitcoin, and others came up.

The latest buzz is that the RBI is looking for the possibility of issuing a ‘government-backed cryptocurrency’, a first in the world. This new type of currency is tentatively known as ‘Lakshmi’ in the government circles. Though the government is against the cryptocurrency, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said, the government might use the ‘blockchain’ technology for other purposes.

There have been instances where bitcoins, worth over Rs 5000+ crores has vanished, thanks to the hackers. Consequently, the Indian government is trying to formulate a law which will nullify all the cryptocurrency transactions, investments, and other forms within the geographical limits of Republic of India constitution. Cryptocurrency is also turning out to be a haven for anti-social groups, and for tax-evaders.

Rs 11,334 Crores Fraud detected in Punjab National Bank

Punjab National Bank discovered that a fraud of Rs 11,334 Crores took place in Mumbai PNB branch. In its Stock Exchange filings, the PNB stated it has discovered illegal and fraudulent transactions from the Mumbai branch. It further stated that, few account holders, along with bank officials are a part of the fraud. Subsequently, the fraudulent amount has been transferred to offshore accounts via other banks. The bank has already informed the government agencies regarding the fraud, and the authorities are investigating.

The bank officials are yet to confirm to what extent did the fraudulent transactions impact the bank’s revenue.

Additionally, the CBI confirmed that it received two complaints from the bank, stating that, it found suspicious transactions to the tune of Rs 10,000 crores from famous jewellery designer Nirav Modi and his companies.

In fact, the money involved in the fraud is 8 times that of the net earnings of PNB (Rs 1,324 crores) in 2017. This is the first time in the history of Republic India that a public sector bank like PNB has become a victim of fraudulent transactions.

Self-proclaimed film and political critic, Kathi Mahesh took to Twitter to wish Pawan Kalyan, Jayaprakash Narayana, Chandrababu Naidu, and Narendra Modi Valentine’s Days wishes. Interestingly, he took a dig on the above four, by linking them to each other.

His tweet read, ‘Modi is Chandrababu’s Valentine, Chandrababu is Pawan Kalyan’s Valentine, Jayaprakash Narayana is Pawan Kalyan’s Valentine. Happy Valentine’s Day’.

Hundreds of people liked and re-tweeted the tweet in a short while. In fact, Kathi Mahesh was shot to fame, given his controversial remarks on Pawan Kalyan, at personal, professional and political level.

Post his row with Pawan Kalyan fans, Kathi Mahesh agreed to remain silent. But his tweets doesn’t seem so. His satirical tweet on Pawan Kalyan’s JAC and JFFC in particular, received severe outraged on social media.

It is an open fact that Kathi Mahesh has his own set of followers on social media. Similarly, many who have supported him during his war with Pawan Kalyan fans, are slowly distancing themselves from him.

Many political experts opined that Kathi Mahesh is ‘targeting’ Pawan Kalyan, just to be popular. Only time will tell where Kathi Mahesh would finally land up!

A renowned Bangladeshi author, in a sensational manner, came forward promoting public masturbation took the whole world by storm. Taslima Nasreen, a Bangladeshi author, called Public Masturbation ‘a victim-less crime’.

In a recent event, a middle-aged man was found masturbating while sitting next to a Delhi University Student in a crowded bus. Apparently, he is also made an attempt to molest her. ‘The seat started shaking while I was reading a book on my way to my home in the orange cluster bus. Immediately, I realized that he is masturbating. He even tried to touch my waist with his elbow repeatedly. I recorded the act, before I reacted,’ told the victim.

Now, to everyone’s shock, Taslima Nasreen retorted on the happening. She said ‘A man masturbating in a crowded Delhi bus need not be considered as a big crime in this era of rape culture. Men should masturbate, then rape and murder. Is masturbating in public a crime? Well, it is victim-less crime’.

There are big hue and cry from netizens to the version of the author. Most of them lectured that the victims won’t have any control over what they are forced to see. They questioned her, ‘Is this acceptable if somebody is sexually pleasuring themselves in front of a woman without her consent? In fact, these kind of incidents are more dangerous for the safety of children who often pay visits to public places. Can’t a man regulate his sexual desires in public places?

Going by the latest proceedings of the state, the ex-minister Mudragada Padmanabham has been in the news after a long time with his hard-hitting letter to A.P Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu.

Mudragada who has fought for the Kapu reservation before has now dug into the fight on A.P CM by claiming not to make Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan a victim in his play. Mudragada claimed that CBN is the person who told that SCS is like oxygen to A.P state a while back and now he is the same person who is supporting the special package. He stated that the reason behind his acceptance to Special Package is nothing but the vote for note scam.

Mudragada advised CBN to take the issues of A.P people into consideration rather than his personal benefits. He also made it clear that TDP and his leaders always point out at him saying that he is an agent of YSR Congress whenever he talks or questions about his false promises. Mudragada stated that neither he, Jagan nor Pawan can bring the special category status. It is the chief minister who has to fight for it. He also demanded the TDP supremo to make his ministers and M.P’s resign for achieving the SCS.

He also mentioned that he would extend his support as well if he makes his M.P’s resign and fight for the welfare of the A.P people.

Andhra Pradesh women welfare minister Paritala Sunitha’s son Paritala Sriram has made the headlines today for misbehaving and assaulting a YSR Congress party activist Boya Suryam.

Getting into the details, Boya Suryam who works actively for YSR Congress in Venkatapuram of Anantapur district has allegedly reported on Sriram and other few to the district Superintendent of Police Ashok for assaulting him on 7th February. As stated by him, Suryam is a loyal YSRCP activist who works for the Thoduparthi Chandrasekhar Reddy. He made it clear that Sriram has intentionally attacked him as he is working loyally to the local leader Chandrasekhar Reddy.

Suryam also mentioned in the post sent to the S.P that Sriram even threatened him by using unparliamentary language and he would kill him in case if he maintains any sort of relationship with anyone of the YSR Congress members. He further went on to say that he was even forced to file a complaint against Chandrasekhar Reddy and Nagaraju in the presence of C.I and S.I in Ramagiri police station. He concluded saying that they have later dropped him in his village and warned not to disclose anything which has happened.

As we all know, the Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan has floated a Joint Facts Finding Committee and has been said he will be collaborating with the intellectuals and other party members to raise the voice of the people over the injustice done.

As he said, he started his first move by including the ex-member of the parliament Undavalli Arun Kumar and Lok Satta founder Jaya Prakash Narayan into JFC. Later he had associated with both of them and has discussed regarding various issues of the state which includes SCS, the so-called package, and the Union Budget. Post the meeting with Undavalli, Pawan has claimed that till date the govt. has neither given him the white note nor mentioned the details regarding the allocation of funds on Polavaram. This has been discussed in the TDP core committee meeting just a while back.

CBN has responded in a strange manner over the comments made by the Janasena Chief. CBN has adviced Pawan to focus his fact-finding committee on the funds which have to be given by the central govt. to the state over the past 4 years rather than focusing on how it has been spending by the state government. He also made it clear that central government will be anyways monitoring on the funds spent by the state.

Does this really mean like no one has the right to ask the government to issue a white note on the funds spent? The people of Andhra are in deep pain regarding the injustice done to them. When there is a lot of confusion among the political parties regarding how much it has been allocated by the center and how much has been spent by the state, it is the right of every citizen of the state to know the complete details with evidence.

It is the duty and responsibility of the state government to let the people know in detail regarding what the center has given and how much the state has spent.

If there is one India batsman who is delighted more than anyone last evening in South Africa, it is Rohit Sharma. After a poor show in the test series, and in the last 4 ODIs, Rohit has become the target of Twitter trolls and hard editorials. Many people questioned his ability to score quick runs on overseas pitches; that is fast, bouncy and have some movement for the quickies. By scoring a century, he not answered his bullies, but also came up with a series-winning knock. After being put into bat, India scored 274 for 5 in their 50 overs. Despite having a great start, the middle order once again failed to keep up with the tempo and failed when tried to increase the scoring rate.

South Africa had a good start with the 50-run opening stand between Markram and Amla. In a span of 19 balls, South Africa lost 3 wickets (Markram, JP Duminy, and AB de Villiers) for just 13 balls.

DA Miller and Amla steadied the ship for a while. Things looked even between both the team when SA was at 127 for 3 in 27^th over. From there, the Proteas lost wickets at regular intervals. In the 42^nd over bowled by Kuldeep, the wrist spinner took 3 wickets, including Klaasen, as the 8^th wicket, bringing South Africa hopes to an end. South Africa was all-out for 201 runs in 42.2 overs.

India won the Momentum ODI Series with 4-1, with last ODI to be played on February 16^th. This is the first series win for India across all formats in South Africa.

YS Jagan is currently on the 86^th day of his ‘Praja Sankalpa Yatra’. Speaking at Kaligiri Mandal (Nellore District), he announced that his party MPs would resign if the Central Government does not grant Special Status to Andhra Pradesh. After the Union Budget has been presented to the Parliament, the political leaders from the state, irrespective of the party, came down hard at the Centre. They alleged that the Centre had shown prejudice while allocating funds to AP in the budget.

That is when AP CM Chandrababu Naidu took the whole scenario to the next level. He made sure, the TDP MPs carry out protests outside the parliament. Even then, one question was on everyone’s mind. Why aren’t the TDP MPs resigning? No one had answers to this. In fact, this is something that could prove costly for TDP in the coming elections.

Meanwhile, Jagan stated that YSRCP MPs would stage protests near Jantar Mantar until April 6^th. ‘If the Centre doesn’t announce Special Status to AP by April 6^th, our MPs will resign’, he said.

Political analysts feel that this is yet another strategy by YS Jagan. With Centre pushing for early polls, probably by 2018-end, the resignation shouldn’t really bother the MPs.

As the TDP has more or less made it official fighting against the center for the benefit of AP, the center on the flip side is showing what it can do is in power. The recent act of it’s irking the entire camp of AP TDP.

A government organization Association of Democratic Reforms (ADR) which comes under the central government undertaking has released the list of richest Chief Ministers. This list has CBN topping the chart with almost 180 crores of assets. Hence the name of AP Chief Minister made headlines for being the richest CM among the 29 states of India. Everything is fine with this list but some media heads and political analysts question the urgent need of this list especially in the heated environment between AP state and central government. Is this a sign of Centre’s war on AP CM Chandrababu Naidu? Or just a warning to stop all the protest against center? Whatever might be the reason, people of AP are frustrated with center’s behavior. Also, the center is making the state BJP leaders answer and counter TDP in the ongoing protest regarding the Special category status fight. The Political Chanakya Chandrababu Naidu who started his fight on the center after supporting it for three and half years has used his tactics to win the sympathy of AP people. However, he apparently faced a huge damage from one of the leaders of AP BJP cadre.

CBN in his latest Teleconference fumed fire on the center for its betrayal regarding the special category status. He directed his leaders to fight against the center demanding all the promises and grants to be fulfilled. CBN directly asked the center if they could cheat the people of AP even after supporting big controversies like Demonetization, GST etc. But the question is are there any takers for his fight or so-called fake protest on the center?. Maximum of his party supporters lost their confidence in TDP leaders and their dual stands in this whole AP bifurcation act. Damaging the trust on TDP more, the BJP MLC Somu Veerraju who made shocking comments on CBN last week has gone further to reveal TDP leaders fake promises to the people. In his press conference, he has shown the paper cuttings of TDP Union Minister Sujana Chowdary thanking the center for granting more than the asked grants. Not stopping there, he showed many paper cuttings of TDP Supreme CBN and Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao thanking Modi Government for their endless support to the state.

Pawan Kalyan has started his full-time politics lately. After his Chalore Chalore Chal tour, he shifted his focus to the AP Bifurcation promises. Adding more fuel to the already ignited flame regarding Centre ditching the state, Pawan has floated a new Joint Action Committee called Joint Fact-Finding Committee. With most trustable members like Jayaprakash Narayan, Undavalli Arun Kumar, and some important retired IAS members, this JFC will analyze the central grants, its promises, state’s expenditure on various projects post-2014 elections. After having a detailed report, it will find a legal way to get all the promises fulfilled for the state of AP. actually, it was expected that the Opposition leader YS Jagan would do this kind of work as he is the only option for AP people. Call it as his lack of commitment, thirst for power or his ego problems, he kept on slamming TDP government and continued his Padha Yatra despite forming an alliance. Pawan kept his huge stardom aside and formed JFC which is apolitical in nature.

For sure, Pawan has got his own advantage than Jagan with this huge move. Jagan still not understanding the impact of Janasena and Pawan Kalyan on next elections is busy with his own plan of action. He is also finding a way to get into an alliance with NDA government which may irk some of Andhra People who are already in frustration with the Centre.

A law student lost his life after a fight broke out between two groups in a hotel. The shocking incident took place in a hotel in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. According to the police, a law student named Dileep, studying 2^nd year came to the hotel Kalika, along with his friend for a common dinner. During that time, a fight reportedly took place between the Dileep and his friends, and few other (students) in the hotel.

As the fight intensified, the two groups started using chairs against each other. During this fight, one of the students hit the deceased, Dileep using a long wooden/metal piece. On impact, Dileep crippled down on the floor. Shockingly, another student started footing on Dileep’s neck, before he was pushed away.

The incident caused a severe outrage from the law students, and security has been beefed up around the hotel. The main accused was arrested by the police, after examining the CCTV footage. Many others were severely injured in the fight. The reason for the fight is still unknown.

‘Pappu’ is the synonym of Rahul Gandhi in Indian politics. Though this percept is changing in politics, it remains the same on Google Image search. Speaking at the Telangana Congress Committee meeting, Telangana Congress Spokesperson Dasoju Sravan stated that, KTR is a synonym to కుట్ర (Conspiracy) in modern day politics.

Further adding to his statements, D Sravan alleged that TRS is a slave to BJP. ‘As soon as Modi criticized Congress in the Parliament, KTR began to chat-chit on Twitter, to further glorify Modi’s comments against Congress. Dasoju Srinivas further said, Congress will not turn a blind eye (like TRS), if the Centre shows prejudice towards the state of Telangana.

The A.P CM Chandrababu Naidu had completely determined to make Vijayawada, the next best city of A.P after the budding new capital Amaravati. On this motto, a new project is under construction to enhance the holy city of Vijayawada.

Even though Amaravati is the new and permanent capital of A.P, it would take at least a decade for TDP government to complete it. Meanwhile, they are considering Vijayawada as the temporary capital and CM established a base camp near to this city. To promote it to the maximum level, CBN is doing everything he can to develop the city of Goddess Kanaka Durga. Already he added beauty during Krishna pushkaralu. Now he has proposed a giant wheel called Dharma Chakra near the Nirmala Varadhi complex. This place is near to the Durga Temple. This Chakra which stands for Truth, Positivity, and Spirituality will be huge in size. Also, the 2.5 kilometers of this new bridge stretch is covered with Greens and flower plants.

This project has a deadline in the month of April and city officials are working hard to complete it on time. Chakra will be placed in a perfect spot to have its complete view. This added attraction will be funded by the state government from internal development wing. On the other hand, CM and his crew members are searching for the best model for Amaravati design. Also, they took the help of ace director Rajamouli in helping out their models. The latter came up with excellent models for constructing A.P Assembly and CM’s chamber which is likely to be implemented.

The center is still maintaining its silence on the special status, packages and all the promises it made during 2014 elections. The state is hoping to get more funds in order to develop Amaravati, Vijayawada and many more important places in AP.

It’s now officially confirmed that the BJP leaders are taking the people of A.P for granted. The way they support their central government is irking every individual in the bifurcated state. Let’s look at a sample false claimed figures.

Seems the A.P BJP Camp has forgotten that they are from the same state as they continued to ditch A.P people with their fake numbers. Despite assuring the people of Andhra regarding the promises and package, they started slamming other political parties like TDP, YSRCP, and others. Taking this issue in a rather serious note, some TDP members issued a press meet in order to prove the lies of A.P BJP leaders. They claim that the Modi government granted 7000+ crores for developing National highways post-2014 election. But TDP cadre shows reports stating only 5700 crores are issued and that too under the scheme of Awas Yojana which is a minimum thing to any state. TDP camp also fumed fire on A.P BJP house by revealing the fact that only 1000 crores were released from the announced scheme and the rest of the amount is yet to get released.

Likewise, TDP warned BJP leaders of A.P that they will provide all the quoted fake figures of public interest to know the facts. A leader of TDP dared to question BJP’s accountability regarding A.P’s bifurcation act. Another leader opened up on Polavaram issue and stated that the center has not only stopped the funds but also finding fault with the state government. This kind of heated press meets has been exchanged between both TDP and BJP leaders even though they belong to the same alliance. It is quite evident that TDP Cadre is in no mood to continue its alliance with BJP and they are going to declare their final call to the supreme CBN.

Meanwhile, the Jansena Chief Pawan Kalyan has formed a Fact Finding Committee or JAC with leaders like J.P and Undavalli. This team’s main theme is to provide actual data sheet of state’s expenditure in order to find who is lying between Centre and State Governments. Pawan is demanding a white paper on Polavaram since ages.
