Raja is innocent in 1.76 Lakh Crore 2G Scam!

Shocking everyone, the Patiala CBI court has given its verdict on the 1.76 Lakh crore 2G Scam that shook the whole nation in 2010. Minister of Communications & IT from 2007 to 2009, A. Raja was arrested and taken into custody by the CBI.
The government’s exchequer CAG – Comptroller and Auditor General found out that because of A. Raja’s personal interests, the Indian Government has lost amount to the tune of 1.76 Trillion (or 1.76 lakh crores). With the latest ruling of the CBI court, A. Raja, Knimozhi and 15 others have been acquitted of the charges.
Vinod Rai, who headed the CAG from 2008 to 2013 submitted the report on his findings of wrong doings while issuing the IT licenses under A Raja, during the UPA tenure. With Minister Raja and other acquitted of the charges, it is interesting to see how Vinod Rai would respond to this ruling.
The CBI has already said that it would appeal against the ruling in the High Court. Meanwhile, the Congress is beating the drum claiming that there all these were baseless allegations and false presumptions of Vinod Rai.
