Sandeep Reddy Vanga: Prabhas Spirit is Not a Horror Movie

Responding to queries about whether “Spirit” is a supernatural film based on its title, Sandeep clarified that it revolves around a sincere police officer and is not about the supernatural. He emphasized that his focus is currently on completing “Spirit” before moving on to “Animal Park” with Ranbir Kapoor.

The decision to prioritize “Spirit” over “Animal Park” comes as good news for Prabhas fans eagerly awaiting the director’s next venture. While Sandeep remained tight-lipped about the details of “Spirit,” citing confidentiality at this stage, it’s clear that T-Series is set to back the Prabhas-starrer on a grand scale.

Naga Babu Apology for Controversial Comments in Operation Valentine Pre-Release Event

ega Prince Varun Tej upcoming film, “Operation Valentine,” directed by Shakti Pratap Singh Hada and starring Manushi Chhillar as the lead actress, has been the subject of much anticipation among audiences. As the release date approached, the film’s pre-release event became the center of attention due to controversial remarks made by Varun Tej’s father and producer, Naga Babu.

During the pre-release event, Naga Babu made comments regarding the ideal physical attributes for portraying a police character in films. He suggested that a hero standing at 6 feet and 3 inches would be more suitable for such roles than someone of shorter stature. These remarks sparked immediate backlash and criticism from various quarters, with many expressing disappointment and outrage over the perceived insensitivity and body shaming.

In response to the controversy, Naga Babu took to his social media platforms to issue a statement expressing regret for his comments. He clarified that his words were not meant to offend anyone and apologized to those who felt hurt or offended by his remarks. Despite his apology, the controversy continued to garner attention, overshadowing the film’s promotions to some extent.

The film is described as an aerial action drama based on real-life events surrounding the Pulwama and Balakot airstrike incidents. IMD Alert: Hyderabadies Get Ready for Early Summer Arrival

0

As March approaches, Hyderabadies brace themselves for the annual battle against sweltering summer temperatures. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) in Hyderabad has issued an early summer forecast, indicating a premature onset of the scorching season in the city.

Dr. A. Shravani, an IMD scientist, predicts a typical first week of March, but warns of a substantial temperature surge in the second week, signaling the advent of summer. While Hyderabad usually experiences summer around March 21, this year’s forecast suggests an earlier arrival.

“Summer seems to be arriving sooner than anticipated,” Dr. Shravani cautioned, noting that February witnessed fluctuating weather patterns within seasonal norms. From temperature spikes to sudden drops and bouts of fog, the month has been marked by meteorological oscillations rather than a steady climb in temperatures.

According to the latest IMD-Hyderabad forecast, Hyderabad can expect partly cloudy skies with haze until March 5, with daytime temperatures averaging around 35 degrees Celsius and nighttime lows around 23 degrees Celsius.

Grand Opening of Abu Dhabi Hindu Stone Temple to Public

0

The first Abu Dhabi Hindu stone temple inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi earlier this month, is set to open its doors to the public on March 1, as announced by temple authorities. Located in Abu Mureikhah near Al Rahba off the Dubai-Abu Dhabi Sheikh Zayed Highway, the temple, constructed by the Bochasanwasi Shri Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha (BAPS), spans 27 acres and has been built at a cost of approximately Rs 700 crore. Prime Minister Modi inaugurated the grand temple on February 14 during a dedication ceremony attended by over 5,000 invitees. While from February 15 to 29, overseas devotees who had registered in advance or VIP guests were permitted to visit the temple, it will now be open to the public daily from 9 AM to 8 PM, except on Mondays when it will remain closed.

Constructed using 18 lakh bricks and 1.8 lakh cubic meters of sandstone sourced directly from Rajasthan, the temple follows the Nagara style of architecture, similar to the recently inaugurated Ram Temple in Ayodhya. According to temple authorities, its construction adheres to ancient methods mentioned in the Shilpa and Sthapathya Shastras, Hindu scriptures detailing temple design and construction. The UAE, home to at least 3.5 million Indians, donated the land for the temple, underscoring its significance to the Indian community in the Gulf.

This Abu Dhabi Hindu Stone Temple is the largest in the Gulf region, with three other Hindu temples already established in Dubai. Its architecture includes seven spires representing the seven Emirates of the UAE, with carvings of camels, the national bird falcon, and idols of various deities such as Lord Ram, Lord Shiv, Lord Krishna, and more. Notably, alongside tales from Indian epics like the Ramayana and Mahabharata, the temple also showcases stories from diverse civilizations worldwide, including Mayan, Aztec, and Egyptian.

The temple’s completion marks a significant milestone in promoting cultural diversity and religious harmony in the UAE, offering a sacred space for Hindu devotees and visitors alike to experience spiritual solace and architectural marvel.
