Muniraju, visited the center and inspected the campus. They extended an open invitation to all to join the event, where they can see PM Modi and ISRO scientists starting at 5:45 a.m. on August 26.

Nalin Kumar Kateel mentioned that PM Modi will arrive at HAL at 5 a.m. and should receive a grand welcome, primarily from the people and party workers in the Bengaluru Urban District.

Additionally, Bengaluru Police Commissioner Dayanand held a meeting with Additional Police Commissioners, Joint Police Commissioners, and DCPs to discuss security arrangements. After landing at HAL airport, PM Modi will travel by road to ISRO, and as a result, traffic in Bengaluru along that route will be diverted. The police department has imposed a ban on the movement of goods vehicles within Bengaluru City between 4 a.m. and 11 a.m. for this event.

However, no decision had been made on her request, leading her to file this petition.

The constable’s legal representative cited the Supreme Court‘s ruling in the case of National Legal Services Authority vs. Union of India to argue that the authorities were not justified in withholding the petitioner’s application.
