Samantha To Play Lead In Tamil and Telugu Industries

The leading actress of Tamil and Telugu industries, Samantha Akkineni has got a handful of films post marriage. Three of her films are releasing this Summer to entertain her hard-core fans.
Samantha shocked all by marrying her love Naga Chaitanya in the last year. Many of her fans feared her retirement from acting. But she declared that she will do films but limited to strong characters. Prior to the marriage, she has signed three flicks and these three are gearing up for their release. Incidentally, all these three are releasing at a time leaving Samantha in double happy. On 29th of March, the most awaited biopic of legendary actress Savitri guru’s ‘Mahanati’ will be released. Directed by Nag Aswin, this movie is bankrolled by Aswini Dutt and his daughters. Many stalwarts like Prakash Raj, Dulquer Salman, Vijay, Keerthi Suresh etc are portraying crucial roles in this flick. On the same day, much delayed commercial entertainer of Dark Horse Vishal’s ‘Abhimanyudu’ is getting released in both Tamil and Telugu at a time.
Not stopping there, one day after that is on 30th March, Ram Charan-Sukumar’s most hyped movie Rangasthalam is getting released. Samantha will be seen as a village belly in this rural entertainer. She will appear in a deglamorized role for the first time in her career. If any two of these three become hits, then she might be termed as the heroine of the Summer.
