Kannada film director Indrajith Lankesh is now making a biopic film on South Indian adult movie actress Shakeela. Bollywood actress Richa Chadda is playing the title role as Shakeela in this biopic and recently she had a meeting with Shakeela in Bengaluru to take the suggestions such as her body language, talking style to portray her role at her best.

Talking about Shakeela, she was the busiest actress in Malayalam before a decade and even star heroes like Mohan Lal and Mammootty were feared to release their films along with her film. But, she has faced the tough time from a decade and now playing the roles in South Indian films. Here is the moment, director Indrajith Lankesh approached this adult queen to show the real-life story of her on the silver screen and also requested her to play a cameo in her biopic film.

In director words, he said that he was impressed with the off-screen life of Shakeela and he was surprised to know the popularity she had in South Industry during her past days. So, he wanted to make a biopic on Shakeela to reveal the facts of her real story. He also added that Shakeela likes to come to the sets to give the insights includes small details related to her house and childhood life. He also said that Bollywood actress Richa Chadha came into his mind once he finalized the script of Shakeela biopic. Richa Chadda is well known for her roles from the movies like Gangs of Wasseypur, Fukrey, and Love Sonia.
